The village is a major recreational sailing centre, and you can catch the ferry out to the nature reserve of Scolt Head Island (3 miles away), which is a beautiful bird and seal sanctuary.
There are plenty of lovely villages and towns to visit nearby, including Burnham Market (1½ miles), Holkham – home to the vast Holkham Estate (4 miles), and Burnham Thorpe (4½ miles), the birthplace of Nelson. The popular towns of Fakenham (12 miles) and King's Lynn (25 miles) are nearby.
Property is next door to Sleepers which is an identical house and these houses may be booked together to provide accommodation for up to 14 people.
