Everything from booking to leaving cottage was A1. Pity weather wasn't better, but we can't predict that.
We have had a wonderful holiday in this warm welcoming cottage on the North Norfolk Coast. Dogs are exhausted from exploring Holme, Holkham and Wells sands and Ringstead Downs being the favourite. We know the area well and this cottage is just the right position to visit favourite places. Treats on arrival were excellent.
Thank you for the welcome provisions, and the little extras that we would normally expect to find in a hotel, all of which were very much appreciated. The cottage is lovely - very comfortable and spotlessly clean. We have not wanted for anything whilst staying here. and it's in a nice situation for exploring the west and north of Norfolk. We particularly enjoyed visiting Sandringham, Holkham and Wells. We appreciated all the information in the cottage of places to visit, particularly the maps and walking book.
Comfortable cottage, spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds, lovely to have 2 toilets and shower PLUS bath! So nice to have a soak after a day on the beach. Cottage is very well equipped, everything you need and a great location for exploring Norfolk. Even a welcome gift from the very helpful owners.
Honey Cottage is fantastic! After many weeks of searching for a cottage, we defiinitely chose well. Spotless and welcoming and a great location - kids loved playing in the garden. Norfolk is such a great place to stay - loved Wells and Holkham beach, and the seal trip to Blakeney. Highly recommend a trip to Langham Glass to make your own glass.
Guide - very informative, service excellent & would certainly recommend you to family & friends. Would like to thank the owners for a fantastic cottage, very impressed.
Had a fantastic week in this beautiful cottage. Great location for the beaches. Lovely meal at the local pub. Great treats on arrival.
Great cottage with everything you could need. Welcome pack was very much appreciated,a really nice touch. Location was ideal, great for visiting Docking, Wells, Burnham Market, Holt and even our annual visit to Norwich.
Home away from home - outstanding. Our stay has been great, telephone signal varies. Love: the apple juice from the local shop, that dogs are welcome, the great garden, the excellent views, fish & chips, Sea Life Centre, rainbow rock from Holkham.
A lovely week in this brilliant cottage. Everything here to cater for our needs - comfortable and cosy. The dog was happy too. Old Hunstanton beacha must - full of happy dog! We even managed a lunch (delicious) at Wiveton Hall farm (aka Normal for Norfolk)
Cleanest cottage we have every stayed in! Well appointed and equipped. Lovely decorative touches. Met friends on Heacham Beach South, finally got to visit Castle Rising and King William IV pub and Norfolk Lavender. Fabulous walk on Peddars Way from cottage to Old Hunstanton via the Gin Trap at Ringstead and Holme and back again.
This really was the best self-catering property we have ever stayed in – even my husband made comments about the high standard of everything (unusual for a man!!).
My husband and I, my mother and mother in law and our 2 cocker spanels Molly and Mia arrived for a week to find the most well equiped Cottage we have ever stayed in. There's nothing that hasn't been thought about. Everything is immaculate and theres lots to do in the surrounding area. Have been to Sheringham and Fakenham for the day amongst others. Went to Holt which was beautiful and if you have dogs this is definetely the place to go everybody made so much fuss of Molly and Mia and it really is a dog friendly place. The garden's great. very secure for my girls!!! Loved the welcome gift, it was a lovely touch. A great Cottage and a great holiday.
We have really enjoyed our stay at Honey Cottage with spectacular weather, very warm everyday-what more could we want!! 0 As previous guests have stated, the Cottage is immaculate, comfortable and well equipped, all of which enhanced our stay. We have explored from Heacham to Cromer enjoying the various beaches and nature reserves. The restaurants have been excellent-our favourite being the Hoste Arms in Burnham Market-what a setting!!Our grandchildren also enjoyed a weekend here and with them being 41/2 & 11/2 yrs old the garden is very safe with the large gates. We enjoyed walking to the local pub and up to Fring also the Lavender Farm was great find for the children. Well done to Fiona & Andrew for investing in a lovely setting and making the Cottage so comfortable. Thanks also for the wine and crisps.
Thank you so much for lending us your cottage, it really made our holiday. It was fantastically positioned for everywhere we needed to be near to, Sedgeford Hall, Docking, Burnham Market, and Brancaster Beach. We've never stayed in such a spotless cottage, it was so clean you cloud lick the floors! It was very homely, and such lovely touches like dressing gowns, slippers really made us feel like the owners wanted us to be comfortable and happy during our stay. Thank you again and we hope we'll be able to come back again another time.
