Built in 1745, Ingoldisthorpe Hall is one of only a few Grade II listed country houses in England. Standing in 30 acres of private grounds and parkland, this unique house offers stunning views of the surrounding countryside and is the perfect venue for discerning large families and groups wishing to holiday together. The Hall has undergone major and award-winning restoration, finished with sympathetic decor and contemporary facilities. With a working fireplace and a wood-burning stove, the charm of this Georgian property is hard to miss.

Situated within the historic village of Ingoldisthorpe, rich with Georgian architecture and rolling countryside hills, this attractive area is home to many pubs, restaurants and shops. Ingoldisthorpe is surrounded by unspoiled countryside, with many nature reserves and National Trust attractions within 3 miles, great for a family day out with the dogs.

With attractions both near the coast and further inland, there is always something to do when staying at The Hall. Take a trip to visit Her Majesty's country estate at Sandringham, only 3 miles away, or Houghton Hall, a mere 10 miles away, before going to one of many beaches within 5 miles of the house for a day of sun, sea and sand.

A wonderful stay at this property for a special birthday. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable, kitchen is very well equipped with what you need. The hosts are very communicative. Fabulous house; old world charm, quirky, comfortable and well equipped. Living areas and bedrooms all sizeable, very well furnished and the roaring fires added to a special atmosphere. Wonderful location being a short drive from some of the best beaches in the country, local village pubs and the Sandringham estate.

The hall was beautiful, very comfortable and well equipped for a large group. It was warm with open fires and central heating. The grounds were lovely to walk around and explore. We had a truly fantastic time but it is worth noting that there are lots of steps and stairs throughout the property which may be difficult if you have mobility issues.

The house was sumptuous. So much space despite the size of our party. The rooms downstairs had space to be together in comfort and space to get away from the crowd if needed. The kitchens were so well equiped. But the bedrooms were fabulous - even the smallest had its quirks and delights - everyone felt they had the best room! I would 100% recommend this property and would be very keen to go again sometime! Perfect for any occasion. Fully equipped with everything and anything you need. I had my best birthday celebration here and it was beyond perfect for what we were trying to achieve.
