Lindum is a spacious, modern house in the popular coastal village of Brancaster. Situated down a quiet lane on the seaward side of the coast road, very close to the Coastal Path, its location gives easy access to the well known pub, The Ship Inn, as well to one of the best beaches in the area, plus the Royal West Norfolk Golf Club. In 2016 Lindum underwent a complete interior transformation to provide a high spec finish and very comfortable accommodation. There are 5 bedrooms (one downstairs) and 3 bathrooms, of which 2 are en-suite. There is also an additional separate toilet downstairs. The large kitchen diner is ideal for entertaining. Externally, there is ample off-road parking and seating area.

Although its capacity is listed as being 8, this excludes one of the bedrooms which has two twin bunk beds (sleeping 4), only suitable for children making total occupancy 12.

It is the ideal location from which to enjoy all that the Norfolk coast has to offer, from sailing at Brancaster Staithe, to the attractions of Hunstanton, to seal trips at Wells and Morston and the RSPB reserve at Titchwell.

Cottage Details and Floorplans

Ground Floor

Kitchen: Modern fitted kitchen with brand new utilities including a dishwasher, double oven with large electric hob top, microwave, fridge, freezer and island with stools and views out to the front garden.
Utility room: Housing a large capacity washing machine and tumble dryer and separate WC. Plenty of storage space for hanging coats and leaving boots and shoes.

Dining area: A large table seats 8/10.
Sitting room: Seating for 8 with TV with large comfortable corner sofa and armchairs.

Bedroom 1: A double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers and two bedside tables as well as a generous en suite with walk in shower, and W.C.
Bedroom 2: Twin bunk beds sleeping 4 children with wardrobe and chest of drawers with bedside table.
Bedroom 3: A king size double bedroom with built in wardrobes, chest of drawers and 2 bedside tables.
Bedroom 4: A twin bedroom with cupboard space above the airing cupboard and bedside table.
Bathroom: The family bathroom has a bath with a shower over and wc.

Front garden laid with a mixture of lawn and hard standing. There is garden furniture and a barbeque.

Parking for 2/3 cars off road.
