Powell's Yard is only half a mile from the beach in the popular coastal village of Brancaster. As well as being in an enviable location, this new-build house provides luxurious accommodation for up to 10 discerning guests. It is the perfect base from which to host a family celebration or enjoy the company of friends, with seating for up to 10 people in both the kitchen and outside in the garden. Each bedroom has access to a bath or shower room, 3 being ensuite, with bathrobes, slippers and quality toiletries supplied.

Immaculately presented throughout this detached, light and airy property can be used at any time of the year, whether you choose to snuggle up to the woodburner in the sitting room, eat with friends in the large, open plan kitchen or entertain outside on the terraced area in the enclosed garden. If you want to eat out, the Ship Inn, one of the area's best pubs is within walking distance.

Although the house has many attractions, it is also perfectly placed to explore all the area has to offer, from the uncrowded, sandy beaches, birdwatching on the nearby RSPB site at Titchwell, walking on the Coastal Path, to taking in the stately homes of Holkham Hall, Houghton Hall and Sandringham House.

The house was excellent and a perfect venue in terms of a place to stay for a family weekend away with easy access to the beach and local pubs on the doorstep.

All ten of us greatly enjoyed our holiday at 3 Powells Yard. The spaciousness of the interior and the location were ideal. We were in easy walking distance of the beach, close to The Ship where we had a nice meal and in driving distance of other eating places for lunch (Wiveton Hall Cafe, North Creake Cafe).

French doors leading out to patio with large table and chairs for outdoor dining.
Inner Hall/second seating area: Wooden floors, with additional 2 sofas, French doors out to garden.
Kitchen: Large, beamed, well equipped, high spec kitchen with tiled floor and underfloor heating. Central island and dining area with large table with seating for 10, radio, TV, combi microwave/oven/grill, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine
