    Rossmore is a modern, spacious house located down a private drive in a secluded setting in the popular coastal village of Holme-next-the-Sea. With its spacious, open-plan dining and sitting rooms, four bedrooms, extensive gardens, outdoor seating area and acceptance of up to 3 dogs, this is the ideal house for a large family group (or groups!) who want to enjoy the attractions of Holme beach and the rest of the North Norfolk coast. For eating out locally, the popular White Horse pub is also only a ten minute walk away from the house and the Lifeboat Inn at Thornham is under two miles away.

    All Ground Floor

    Entrance: Entrance hall and built-in cloakroom space leading into open plan dining and living areas.
    Kitchen/Dining room: The dining area consists of a large dining table able to sit up to 10 people. Large bi-folding doors lead out to decking and the front garden. From the dining room you enter a spacious, well equipped kitchen with a gas fuelled range cooker, a microwave, dishwasher and a large Fridge/Freezer. There is also a breakfast bar with stools overlooking the large secluded rear garden.
    Sitting Room: This room gives a great sense of space with more large bi-folding doors opening up the living and dining area to the outside patio and pond, yet you can still feel cosy with the large open (log) fire, plentiful comfortable seating and a large TV with a DVD player and freeview.
    Bedroom 1: A twin room with a single divan and one high sleeping bed, hanging space, chest of drawers, TV, DVD and view over the front garden.
    Bathroom 1: WC with basin. (Off the entrance hall).
    Utility Room: Off the kitchen a good sized utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and additional sink. Leads out to both gardens and a boot room.
    Bedroom 2: A large twin bedroom, with hanging space, chest of drawers and views over the back of the property.
    Bedroom 3: A large room with king-size bed, hanging space, chest of drawers. Leads to a 'jack and jill' bathroom.
    Bathroom 2: Entered from bedroom 3 or the hall, this is a modern, light bathroom with WC, sink, shower over bath, heated towel rail and under floor heating.
    Bedroom 4: The large master bedroom with views across the front garden, has a king-size bed, fitted wardrobes, drawers, dressing table, TV and a safe. Ensuite bathroom.
    Bathroom 3: The ensuite wet-room is a fantastic large space with a WC, heated towel rail, underfloor heating, sink, large jacuzzi bath and shower.

    Oil central heating included and Wi-Fi.


    There is a long gravel drive way with parking for 3 cars. The house is surrounded by large mature gardens both front and back and has plenty of seating, decking, a BBQ and an awning for those sunny days. Rossmore really is the perfect relaxing retreat.

    Up to 3 dogs welcome @ £15 each.

    Please note: The property has a shallow pond in the front garden which is a haven for wildlife and the perfect place for feeding ducks, but children will need to be supervised.
