We loved Sweetpea Cottage - it was perfect for our family of 5, very clean, spacious and comfortable and had everything we required. Booking with Kett Cottages was easy, efficient and I found staff helpful and polite when making pre-holiday enquiries. Thank you.

All three generations have thoroughly enjoyed their stay in this lovely, well-equipped house. What a brilliant, quiet location. We've all had fun on the beach, on the steam train, cruising at Wroxham and bruising at Bewilderwood!

Beautiful cottage and welcome goodies much appreciated. Very impressed with Mundesley's recreational facilities. Despite the weekend being wet, our grandsons had plenty to entertain them and we were lucky to be here when the go-kart races were taking place - great fun!

We have stayed at this property twice and it's wonderful. The quality is outstanding, the owners go the extra mile and frankly we are spoilt for anywhere else. We love Norfolk out of season as it's beautiful, quiet and restful. We would recommend Mundesley Beach, Horsey Beach (we were there in pupping season which was brilliant). We will be back for sure!

The cottage was one of the best we've stayed in, it was well equipped and everything was really clean and tidy. The wine and cakes left by the owners on our arrival was a lovely touch. We thought it was good value for money and just a really nice place to stay in, would gladly stay there again.
