There is a pretty conservatory looking out onto the rear, south-facing garden, as well as an enclosed garden to the front of the property and parking for two cars. The property is perfectly situated to explore beautiful Blakeney and all the wonderful attractions nearby.

Cottage spacious and conservatory a great advantage as is garden with seats. We are returning visitors and are likely to do so again. We had a delightful week despite the rain.

Location is really good - better than the High Street in a great many ways.

We found the house to be very spacious, well-equipped, clean and comfortable (very good beds and sofas!) and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was lovely to have both conservatory and garden. The location was brilliant as the local Spar with its supplies was only a few minutes' away, and the Quay not much further. Definitely somewhere to come backRead more to! Hide

A good cottage in a great location, a short walk from the village and amenities. If attention had been paid to details it would be perfect, but a lot of minor issues annoyed us, and made us feel we did not get best value for money. Nothing to spoil our holiday, but it would have been better if garden had been tidied, grass cut, smoke alarms batteriRead morees replaced, light switch in loo fixed, barbecue cleaned, chipped glasses removed, dog hairs swept up. Also garage out of use as there is a car in it! Hide

The house is lovely and so is the location. If all the kitchen equipment was updated it would definitely improve your stay!

We love Water's Rush and hope to return for our seventh visit next year. It is a roomy house with space to be together or seperate if required. There is a huge new fridge and new furniture in the conservatory. which follows two new sofas in the lounge area last year. Inside is always spotless when we arrive. The garden is enclosed with garden tableRead more and chairs and barely overlooked. It is a great house for a family, in a perfect location and can't recommend it highy enough.l Hide

We were very disappointed with the standard of the decor and the cleanliness of the property. The property could be so much nicer with some tickets.
