A tranquil village in rural North Norfolk, Binham is the perfect location for escaping all the stresses of daily life and slowing down to a more leisurely pace. It is only 0.3 miles to the 17th century pub and local shop and 0.5 miles to the farm shop run by the local dairy which stocks an excellent range of product from local farms ranging from raw milk to ice cream and cheese, all sold by vending machine!

To the north-west of the village, 6 miles away, the attractive town of Wells-next-the-Sea is not only known for its pretty harbour but also for its simply gorgeous sandy beach backed by a string of beach huts.

This is a very neat and tidy studio apartment. We found the two single beds were very comfortable and the wifi was appreciated. All the cooking equipment was very good quality.

Cannot fault the accommodation and the setting. Due to other circumstances we did not take our dog as we had expected to do and we would have been worried had we done so that she could easily have escaped on to the road.

An ideal apartment with an elevated view over the beautiful woodland garden and stream. I was staying there on my own but there is plenty of space for two. I was inthe area for a short birdwatching break and Binham (a lovely village in its own right) is well situated for all the North Norfolk places of interest.

It would help to have some cleaning equipment at the property, such as a dustpan and b rush and a vacuum cleaner. Also, perhaps a double bed and instead of two singles and some additional towels and tea towels would be nice. However, apart from that we had an excellent holiday and really loved the location. The owners were also super nice.
