A tranquil village in rural North Norfolk, Binham is the perfect location for escaping all the stresses of daily life and slowing down to a more leisurely pace. To the north-west of the village, 6 miles away, the attractive town of Wells-next-the-Sea is not only known for its pretty harbour but also for its simply gorgeous sandy beach backed by a string of beach huts.

Excellent for exploring so many great parts of this area of Norfolk. We walked a lot. Kitchen perfect and well equipped for self catering. Nice sitting out on the balcony with a glass of wine. Good quality clean accommodation for two people.

We really enjoyed our stay at this studio apartment. The garden area is beautiful, with a stream that runs through the grounds. The apartment is clean and well equipped, spacious and a great place for a relaxing break away from it all! We are already making plans to return.

It would help to have some cleaning equipment at the property, such as a dustpan and b rush and a vacuum cleaner. Also, perhaps a double bed and instead of two singles and some additional towels and tea towels would be nice. However, apart from that we had an excellent holiday and really loved the location. The owners were also super nice.

A very comfortable 'home from home' and a lovely place to go back to after a day out. Very helpful owners who live next door. We can't wait to return.

We booked the property as a last minute short break. The booking process was easy and the customer service excellent. The property was very well kept, spacious, light and with everything we needed. It's in a lovely location with a balcony overlooking the garden and stream. The owners were very welcoming and we had a lovely stay. Location was perfecRead moret to explore the surrounding area and then return in the evening and go for a short stroll to the great village pub. Hide

The most northerly county in the East of England, Norfolk is a land of beautiful contrasts. From the swooning reed beds and endless maze of waterways in the Norfolk Broads; the unspoilt stretches of fens and shingle spits where bird and wildlife thrive; a famous royal palace and the historic cathedral city of Norwich, this enticing area of England is just waiting to be discovered. Visit Sandringham Palace and see where the Queen lives or find out where lavender grows; you could journey to one of the largest seal haul outs in Europe at Blakeney Point or have a traditional day at the seaside at Cromer and Great Yarmouth. The cathedral gilded city of Norwich is a wonderful place to lose yourself either walking the ramparts of Norwich Castle or the RAF Air Defence Radar Museum. The city has an exceptional array of shops, cafes and restaurants to enjoy. Well connected to the national rail and road network, Norfolk is easily accessible from London, the M25 and from major city terminals.

Norfolk is characterised by its horizons and big skies, straight highways and rural trappings. Also, when it comes to attractions, visitors to the county will be spoilt for choice. If you love animals and birds, head to RSPB Titchwell Marsh, or the Cley-Next-The-Sea. With such a long coastline Norfolk boasts some magnificent stretches of beach – favourites include Cromer, Old Hunstanton, Wells-Next-The Sea, the dunes of Winterton-on-Sea, and Brancaster (a favourite for dog owners).

There are so many places to visit and activities to get involved in on a Norfolk holiday. We have some lovely properties including country cottages, farm conversions, large family houses, apartments and surburban home from homes in our collection. Why not find your perfect holiday home today?
