Set in beautiful surroundings just a couple of miles from the glorious coastline, this lovely apartment makes a fabulous retreat for two guests looking to explore the wonderful Norfolk countryside.

Set out in an open-plan studio style, the living area incorporates a stylish lounge area as well as a kitchen and a sleeping space with twin beds. To the front aspect of the property, the delightful balcony offers views through the trees to the river and provides guests with a quiet, relaxing spot to enjoy a sundowner in the evenings.

A tranquil village in rural North Norfolk, Binham is the perfect location for escaping all the stresses of daily life and slowing down to a more leisurely pace. It is only 0.3 miles to the 17th century pub which is open daily and 0.5 miles to the shop run by the local dairy which stocks an excellent range of product from local farms ranging from raw milk to ice cream and cheese, all sold by vending machine!

There are two main reasons that visitors come to North Norfolk: the beautiful countryside and the picturesque coastline with its fantastic beaches. The area surrounding the property is perfect for cycling thanks to its flat landscape and there is a cycle hire shop just outside the village, offering an excellent range of bikes. To the north-west of the village, 6 miles away, the attractive town of Wells-next-the-Sea is not only known for its pretty harbour but also for its simply gorgeous sandy beach backed by a string of beach huts.

The most northerly county in the East of England, Norfolk is a land of beautiful contrasts. From the swooning reed beds and endless maze of waterways in the Norfolk Broads; the unspoilt stretches of fens and shingle spits where bird and wildlife thrive; a famous royal palace and the historic cathedral city of Norwich, this enticing area of England is just waiting to be discovered. Visit Sandringham Palace and see where the Queen lives or find out where lavender grows; you could journey to one of the largest seal haul outs in Europe at Blakeney Point or have a traditional day at the seaside at Cromer and Great Yarmouth. The cathedral gilded city of Norwich is a wonderful place to lose yourself either walking the ramparts of Norwich Castle or the RAF Air Defence Radar Museum. The city has an exceptional array of shops, cafes and restaurants to enjoy. Well connected to the national rail and road network, Norfolk is easily accessible from London, the M25 and from major city terminals.

Norfolk is characterised by its horizons and big skies, straight highways and rural trappings. Also, when it comes to attractions, visitors to the county will be spoilt for choice. If you love animals and birds, head to RSPB Titchwell Marsh, or the Cley-Next-The-Sea. With such a long coastline Norfolk boasts some magnificent stretches of beach – favourites include Cromer, Old Hunstanton, Wells-Next-The Sea, the dunes of Winterton-on-Sea, and Brancaster (a favourite for dog owners).

There are so many places to visit and activities to get involved in on a Norfolk holiday. We have some lovely properties including country cottages, farm conversions, large family houses, apartments and surburban home from homes in our collection. Why not find your perfect holiday home today?
