Brent cottage is a cosy and comfortable property with a lot of character. It is an excellent and very peaceful location. It is not grand by any means but I feel that this is reflected by the very reasonable letting rates in what is a very popular and expensive area of North Norfolk.

Not the most upmarket place but comfortable and roomy. If you want quiet and to be close to nature this is a great place. Lovely long garden for children and dogs.

Cottage was lovely and in a great location with the coastal path at the end of the road. For anyone with reduced mobility, the stairs to the bedrooms were steep (which we were aware of before booking). We had a lovely stay and would book again in the future .

Excellent holiday in a beautifully located house. Plenty of walks, stunning beaches and good pubs within easy reach. Secure garden to the rear for the children and dog and parking to the front of the house. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

A very nice small cottage ,could do with a bit of upgrading inside ,great location with walks from the doorstep ,very quiet lane ,steep stairs could prove a issue if you were elderly or had young children, but very comfy sofa and beds ,all in all a excellent base for the area, we would happily stay there again ,,

We had a wonderful holiday. This is very good value for money given the location and the 3 bedrooms. Its simple and old fashioned - dont expect a powerful shower! Also the front room is small but the weather was so good we were outside all day & then slept in comfy beds!

This cottage is in a perfect location and has a view over the marshs through the hedge line if you dont mind basic unmodernised accommodation then it represents value for money in the off season. The open fire is cozy but no logs are provided so bring your own.

We had a lovely holiday with fantastic weather. The property needs an update downstairs in particular. It would be a bit cramped in bad weather or out of season especially if there were 5 adults. The back garden is shared which wasnt a problem whilst we were there as we had kind holidaymakers staying Its in a great position for walking to the pubs Read moreand beach The price reflects the less modern interior Hide

The most northerly county in the East of England, Norfolk is a land of beautiful contrasts. From the swooning reed beds and endless maze of waterways in the Norfolk Broads; the unspoilt stretches of fens and shingle spits where bird and wildlife thrive; a famous royal palace and the historic cathedral city of Norwich, this enticing area of England is just waiting to be discovered. Visit Sandringham Palace and see where the Queen lives or find out where lavender grows; you could journey to one of the largest seal haul outs in Europe at Blakeney Point or have a traditional day at the seaside at Cromer and Great Yarmouth. The cathedral gilded city of Norwich is a wonderful place to lose yourself either walking the ramparts of Norwich Castle or the RAF Air Defence Radar Museum. The city has an exceptional array of shops, cafes and restaurants to enjoy. Well connected to the national rail and road network, Norfolk is easily accessible from London, the M25 and from major city terminals.

Norfolk is characterised by its horizons and big skies, straight highways and rural trappings. Also, when it comes to attractions, visitors to the county will be spoilt for choice. If you love animals and birds, head to RSPB Titchwell Marsh, or the Cley-Next-The-Sea. With such a long coastline Norfolk boasts some magnificent stretches of beach – favourites include Cromer, Old Hunstanton, Wells-Next-The Sea, the dunes of Winterton-on-Sea, and Brancaster (a favourite for dog owners).
