Great location and bonus of having a parking space. Nice welcome treats including local apple juice. Downsides are that the cottage wasnt very clean (promised deep clean hadnt been undertaken) and lack of WiFi (during Covid attractions/restaurants etc request you prebook online which you cant do without WiFi).

The cottage is easy access to all the amenities in Wells plus it has parking just outside property. Only down side is you need to be agile to use the cottage stairs and bathroom is down stairs. We had a really lovely break could not sit outside due to weather but a nice little sitting area where you can sit and have a coffee or a glass of wine...

cottage is perfectly located, parking directly in front. Comfy bed. Very steep stairs and would of appreciated knowing there was no WiFi...i get its not essential but it would be nice to be told rather than it just not being mentioned.

Disappointing cottage as tired and in need of a lot of updating. Location is good. Smaller than expected as it is advertised for 4 people.

Great location and had a good time. No WiFi!! Felt the cottage needed some tlc downstairs. Cupboard doors hanging off, few little bits. Overall fine though. Ideal location close to all amenities. The cottage had everything we could have hoped for. Our children loved their upstairs room. The stairs are steep so its good to be cautious with children and the elderly however this added to the charm of the building for us. Wonderful home and enjoyed every moment we were there.

A great location with parking! You need to be quite agile to negotiate the stairs, especially if using the top floor bedroom. It's a long way down to the bathroom. All very clean and tidy - everything that you might need in a compact little cottage.
