Unique old cottage with much original character and also modern facilities, with a secluded enclosed garden. Perfectly situated for some of the best holiday destinations in the area. Beach 4 miles, convenience shop, fish and chip shop, and pub/restaurant within walking distance.

With its beamed ceilings, wooden cupboard-style stairs, and low doorways, this property has all the elements of a true country cottage. Directly opposite the cottage the village common is a fantastic open space with fun playground equipment for children.

Ideally situated for exploring Norfolk’s north coast, Bucks Cottage lies only 4 miles south of the attractive seaside resort of Cromer with its sandy beach and iconic pier. The cottage and gardens were really beautiful. The cottage was ideally suited for trips around the surrounding areas. The New Inn and the fish and chip shop, both at the top of the road, only about 300 yards away was an asset when not cooking our own meals, A really nice experience staying in this old cottage.

We really enjoyed our trip to Norfolk, staying in Bucks Cottage. The location was great, close to Cromer and we took several trips to other beaches within about an hours drive away as well as BeWilderWood. There was a park opposite the cottage which was great for the kids. The cottage was lovely and homely and our children (aged 9 & 5) didn't want Read moreto leave. It was lovely to be able to go away during the next stage of restrictions lifting and we are glad we chose this cottage and location. Hide

The most northerly county in the East of England, Norfolk is a land of beautiful contrasts. From the swooning reed beds and endless maze of waterways in the Norfolk Broads; the unspoilt stretches of fens and shingle spits where bird and wildlife thrive; a famous royal palace and the historic cathedral city of Norwich, this enticing area of England is just waiting to be discovered. Visit Sandringham Palace and see where the Queen lives or find out where lavender grows; you could journey to one of the largest seal haul outs in Europe at Blakeney Point or have a traditional day at the seaside at Cromer and Great Yarmouth. The cathedral gilded city of Norwich is a wonderful place to lose yourself either walking the ramparts of Norwich Castle or the RAF Air Defence Radar Museum. The city has an exceptional array of shops, cafes and restaurants to enjoy. Well connected to the national rail and road network, Norfolk is easily accessible from London, the M25 and from major city terminals.

Norfolk is characterised by its horizons and big skies, straight highways and rural trappings. Also, when it comes to attractions, visitors to the county will be spoilt for choice. If you love animals and birds, head to RSPB Titchwell Marsh, or the Cley-Next-The-Sea. With such a long coastline Norfolk boasts some magnificent stretches of beach – favourites include Cromer, Old Hunstanton, Wells-Next-The Sea, the dunes of Winterton-on-Sea, and Brancaster (a favourite for dog owners).

There are so many places to visit and activities to get involved in on a Norfolk holiday. We have some lovely properties including country cottages, farm conversions, large family houses, apartments and surburban home from homes in our collection. Why not find your perfect holiday home today?
