Calendar Cottage is ideally placed for long or short walks, drives, great bird watching or visits to some fine pubs and restaurants. The coast is never far away wherever you wander, and the cottage is a warm, friendly retreat after days out. With plenty of room for ten, never feeling you are crowded at all a good sized front room, and kitchen/dininRead moreg room with a large table for meals, and games. The swimming pool is a big bonus with four showers. It needs a little TLC, but I loved it. Hide

Fab cottage. The kids loved the pool!! Totally secure garden for dogs. Good location with nice pub opposite and a lovely walk to the beach. Slightly damp in the downstairs bedroom. But overall lovely clean cottage. Would definitely recommend.

We took a family trip to the Norfolk Coast and this was in the perfect location. In walking distance to pubs, restaurants, shops and the beach this was all we could ask for. Very easy to find too! The pool was why we booked it...looks exactly like it does on the pictures was lovely! The house is in need of some TLC and some modernisation but it is aRead more lovely place to stay. Lovely touches from the owners leaving a box of biscuits. The only thing I would want to improve on was the cleanliness. Hide

Had a nice stay in Calendar Cottage. Comfortable seating. Kitchen very well equipped. Nicely set out pool area with sauna and changing rooms. Found the heated pool a bit on the cool side, thats with the heat on max. Large enclosed garden area for dogs.

The cottage is in a fabulous location in a stunning village. It has loads of potential but the decor is very tired and it was not as clean as we would have liked. A little money spent on flooring and bathrooms would transform the place. We had a great week because Norfolk is amazing!

The most northerly county in the East of England, Norfolk is a land of beautiful contrasts. From the swooning reed beds and endless maze of waterways in the Norfolk Broads; the unspoilt stretches of fens and shingle spits where bird and wildlife thrive; a famous royal palace and the historic cathedral city of Norwich, this enticing area of England is just waiting to be discovered. Visit Sandringham Palace and see where the Queen lives or find out where lavender grows; you could journey to one of the largest seal haul outs in Europe at Blakeney Point or have a traditional day at the seaside at Cromer and Great Yarmouth. The cathedral gilded city of Norwich is a wonderful place to lose yourself either walking the ramparts of Norwich Castle or the RAF Air Defence Radar Museum. The city has an exceptional array of shops, cafes and restaurants to enjoy. Well connected to the national rail and road network, Norfolk is easily accessible from London, the M25 and from major city terminals.

Norfolk is characterised by its horizons and big skies, straight highways and rural trappings. Also, when it comes to attractions, visitors to the county will be spoilt for choice. If you love animals and birds, head to RSPB Titchwell Marsh, or the Cley-Next-The-Sea. With such a long coastline Norfolk boasts some magnificent stretches of beach – favourites include Cromer, Old Hunstanton, Wells-Next-The Sea, the dunes of Winterton-on-Sea, and Brancaster (a favourite for dog owners).

There are so many places to visit and activities to get involved in on a Norfolk holiday. We have some lovely properties including country cottages, farm conversions, large family houses, apartments and surburban home from homes in our collection. Why not find your perfect holiday home today?
