Perfect family holiday home. Only regrets was: Fridge way to small for 10 person home- would have been disastrous if it was hot and sunny No bins in bedrooms No bin in toilet of swimming pool Pool cloudy. Should it have had more chlorine in? Very uncomfortable No mirror in downstairs bedroom Hide

Good location although noisy as right on the road. Comfortable beds, but overall very worn & tired. Swimming pool area really needs deep clean and some loungers or chairs in the area so you can use it fully. Sofa's need replacing or to be re-sprung at least. Ensuites are so small almost better not to have them. Having no welcome pack of the basics Read moreis poor, given the cost of the rental. Lags behind most holiday lets in North Norfolk. A wonderful weekend for the family. We spent hours in the pool and used the sauna. The roast we had at The Lifeboat Inn on Sunday was superb! As Tom (aged nine) said, 'When we come back....)

Lovely property in a great location. We stayed as a party of 6 adults and 4 children aged 5 and below. The house was great for our needs, very well equipped and sensibly furnished. The pool is great, of course, but theres also a nice bit of garden to play in. Noise, either from the pub over the road or the road itself just wasnt an issue. A great cottage in a brilliant location. Pub across the road does great food with friendly service. Our young children -and adults- loved the pool and the nearby beaches. A park in the village was just right for us .

We were disappointed to arrive and find that the bins and dishwasher had not been emptied despite all the deep cleaning references and also that the sauna was out of action and that my bedside lamp did not work

A really lovely house, perfect for our family of six adults and one dog. Everything was clean, plenty of room to spread out and the beds and sofas were very comfortable. The pool was great especially as we had hot weather. The garden is large and secure for a smaller dog but our lab cross could probably have cleared the front wall. The pool was amazing. Very clean, warm and brilliant showers for men and ladies. Very safe as it could be locked when not in use. Good location for excellent beaches and very dog friendly in garden and local area. Is on the main road and opposite lovely pub so A bit noisy when trying to get toddlers asleep in hot weather.
