Lovely cottage with everything you could need. Good location within the heart of Holt, found the close proximity to the main road made it noisy at night and early morning Parking awkward if you have a big car. Great location for visiting the North Norfolk coast, which had some gorgeous beaches!

Lovely little cottage, perfect location for the town and for exploring surrounding area. Stayed for a week with our cocker spaniel who settled in nicely. It is a shame it doesn't have an enclosed area but we were aware of this and a quick walk around the block was fine in the morning. Parking is small but we never came across a problem with our fieRead moresta until a small van was parked up, doing some work, where the space then became very tight and ended up parking in Budgens until the van left. This was a lovely cottage, with all mod cons, everything you need and a little welcome gift. Single bed was so comfortable I had the best nights sleep I had in a long time. Lovely and warm and cosey , and about a minute walk from Budgen, which you cant even see from the cottage. Had a great time. Cottage was in a perfect location, and had everything we wanted. Weve never seen a dishwasher oven before, that was a clever idea! Christmas tree was a nice touch too. Beautiful little cottage and everything in its place! Thank you so much!

Great location, close to shops, restaurants and a small supermarket, with plenty places to visit nearby. The property was charming and spotlessly clean. Parking would be the only small gripe as down a narrow lane and has a tight parking space. You do get used to it by the end of your holiday.

This is a small, cosy cottage in an excellent location within two minutes walk of the shops in Holt. It is warm and comfortable and well fitted out with everything you need. The only issue we had was the parking which is tight and having to back out onto a busy road as there's no room to turn the car. The second day we reversed in which worked quitRead moree well. Hide

Cottage was beautiful, warm and cosy and excellently situated. Very close to high street and pubs and cafes yet quiet location. Decor was lovely and everything spotlessly clean. Only downside was parking as not enough room if you have a larger vehicle. We were fortunate to be able to park in the old Budgeons car park.
