Chapel Bridge Barn: Terrific location up 1/2 ml farm track, so very tranquil. Lots of space and exceptionally clean and well-prepared. Beds extremely comfortable. Owner very pleasant. But inside is tired especially some of the furniture and needs money spending to revamp. Sleeps 6 but no dishwasher. Watch for the wildlife around the barn.

Our second visit at Chapel Bridge Barn, we knew it would be private and farm grounds to walk around. As my husband was vulnerable and we have been shielding it was ideal. We enjoyed watching the wildlife, especially the birds Nuthatch, Blue and Great tits so take plenty of peanuts.! Well equipped and very clean.

The cottage is big and spacious, lovely views from all the windows. as the cottage is down a very long drive when you are outside the only noise you can hear is from nature itself. Rustling of trees blowing gently in the breeze and birdsong. You will see plenty of rabbits, some squirrels and deer. No traffic noise either. Inside there are 2 large lRead moreounges, each with tele. 3 good size bedrooms with very comfy beds and a large well stocked kitchen. Highly recommended. Hide

A very well-equipped and comfortable holiday home. The kids in particular enjoyed spotting all the wildlife as well as catching glimpses of the tractors and combine harvester at work on the farm. We had a wonderful holiday here.

A lovely rural property with plenty of room for all. The location was gorgeous, overlooking the fields, and a half hour walk along the Tiffey Trail into town, with its pubs and the Abbey - perfect! 20 minutes by train into Norwich and an hour or so from the beaches. A great base to visit the North Norfolk coast and enjoy the Broads.

Extremely comfortable barn which is very well equipped with everything you would need. Great location which feels very away from it all yet a lovely country walk gets you into Wymondham in about 40 minutes. Milk, cake and biscuits were waiting for us on arrival which was a nice touch.

The cottage was very good, the grounds were wonderful with lots of wild animals, almost a magical place for us. If I were to nit-pic for us the places we wanted to go to on days out were all nearly an hours drive away but this was just a minor distraction from what for us was a magical place and a wonderful holiday.

Weve just returned home from Chapel Barn. Four adults in our party. Had a very enjoyable stay in the most beautiful setting. Near by is the Mid Norfolk Railway, the trains can be seen from the property but are not noisy. We recommend any visitors include a train trip return from Wymondham to Dereham.

The most northerly county in the East of England, Norfolk is a land of beautiful contrasts. From the swooning reed beds and endless maze of waterways in the Norfolk Broads; the unspoilt stretches of fens and shingle spits where bird and wildlife thrive; a famous royal palace and the historic cathedral city of Norwich, this enticing area of England is just waiting to be discovered. Visit Sandringham Palace and see where the Queen lives or find out where lavender grows; you could journey to one of the largest seal haul outs in Europe at Blakeney Point or have a traditional day at the seaside at Cromer and Great Yarmouth. The cathedral gilded city of Norwich is a wonderful place to lose yourself either walking the ramparts of Norwich Castle or the RAF Air Defence Radar Museum. The city has an exceptional array of shops, cafes and restaurants to enjoy. Well connected to the national rail and road network, Norfolk is easily accessible from London, the M25 and from major city terminals.

Norfolk is characterised by its horizons and big skies, straight highways and rural trappings. Also, when it comes to attractions, visitors to the county will be spoilt for choice. If you love animals and birds, head to RSPB Titchwell Marsh, or the Cley-Next-The-Sea. With such a long coastline Norfolk boasts some magnificent stretches of beach – favourites include Cromer, Old Hunstanton, Wells-Next-The Sea, the dunes of Winterton-on-Sea, and Brancaster (a favourite for dog owners).

There are so many places to visit and activities to get involved in on a Norfolk holiday. We have some lovely properties including country cottages, farm conversions, large family houses, apartments and surburban home from homes in our collection. Why not find your perfect holiday home today?
