Chestnut Cottage was just what we had wanted, an old Norfolk Cottage brought up to date. It was tastefully decorated and well appointed. The beds were extremely comfortable, better than home! We really liked the village of North Creake, it was handy for the coast between Hunstanton right round to Sheringham and Cromer and also for attractions inlanRead mored Hide

Lovely cottage in great location for our needs (triathlon at Holkham!). Love this area of Norfolk. Really pleasant and spacious downstairs, tastefully decorated. Nice kitchen, plenty of equipment. Bedrooms comfortable, beds just a little soft for us. 2 doors down from the pub, which we didnt actually use but didnt cause any disruption. Nice walk toRead more Creake Abbey Hide

It's a lovely cottage. We stayed there a few years ago and finally managed to find a week that was available this year. The pub next door has such friendly staff and locals. North Creake is perfectly placed for exploring Norfolk. Nice little garden that is great for the dog to lay in.

We found our stay here perfect for what we wanted. It was very clean and welcoming. A short drive to a beach and some lovely walks. The garden is what you would expect from a mid terrace cottage fairly small but sufficient enough. There is somewhere to sit outside and was enough room for our dog to have a sniff and play ball.

We had a lovely weekend; however, it would have been nice if the sofa covers had been washed. They were very stained and although its obviously a dog friendly cottage, they were very hairy. The cutlery was clean but quite old and maybe a newer set may be beneficial. The beds were clean but quite uncomfortable. The welcome pack was a very nice touchRead more. Very nice cottage with a lovely little garden, it was very clean and well equipped. The location is quite quiet which is nice, but it is within a few miles of the beach and other towns such as Wells and Holt. Right next door to a nice pub but it is not open all the time however they do put their opening times on a board outside.
