A homely cottage that is comfortable and well-equipped. It had everything that we needed for a week's visit. It is situated on a quiet road with pleasant neighbours. We had a lovely stay walking and exploring the beaches along this part of the coast with our dog. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Lovely, comfortable and cosy cottage but the "fridge freezer" is actually a fridge with an ice box. Ideal location though for touring the Broads and North Norfolk coast.

We really enjoyed our week at this cottage - it was really comfortable and clean. The enclosed garden was ideal for our dog and the surrounding countryside good for walking.

Lovely cottage , has everything you need and a very quiet location. Driveway is very tight but enough room for 2 cars if you reverse in. Nice enclosed garden for the dog. Our only issue were the beds they have very firm mattresses and would benefit from mattress toppers. The bedding itself was good quality.

We had a fantastic week away at Clifton Cottage. It was clean, had everything we needed and was in a great location for us to follow the coastal paths in either direction. Great little cottage for a family of four and a lovely enclosed, secure garden for the dog.

No complaints at all.. And,I would ignore some of the moaning mini's. Some people wouldn't be happy if they won the lottery.

Really nice welcome items on arrival, even a pint of milk in the fridge, cake and biscuits, tea, coffee and sugar just what you need after a long journey there. Even the dog was catered for ! Got to be one of the best cottages we've stayed in. Convenient for discovering the town's and villages along that part of the coast.

Lovely, well equipped cottage well situated for both the North Norfolk coast and the Broads. Everything we needed in the house (although I wouldn't class the fridge with a freezer box as a fridge/freezer but fortunately it was just about big enough for us) and a good, self contained garden for the dog. I've noticed a few comments re parking. AdmittRead moreedly it's a little tight but I got a Mondeo in with no problems. All in all a really nice cottage in a beautiful part of the world. Hide

Although the cottage is nice and in a lovely area we found that a couple of issues need addressing: 1, Attention to cleaning needs addressing, very grubby in places. 2, A the bed is very hard and putting a double divan base and mattress in a king size frame, doesnt make it a king size bed. Other than those issues, it was a lovely place!

Nice cottage shame that it is not very clean- needs to be deep cleaned to ensure it become a nice place to stay.
