Set in the grounds of the owner's house, the property offers a tastefully decorated open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner and a cosy double bedroom with an additional single bed (same room) and en-suite bathroom. Outside, there's a pretty seating area, and you're welcome to enjoy the owner's garden.

The thriving village of Dersingham features a choice of shops, a chip shop and a pub, and is close to a Site of Special Scientific Interest. The pretty coastal village of Snettisham is just 2½ miles away, with its glorious beach and the popular Snettisham Park.

There are miles of coastal paths and stunning beaches to discover, including those at Hunstanton (8½ miles) and Heacham (6 miles), which is famous for its lavender fields. Among many local attractions are Pensthorpe Natural Park (20 miles), Scolt Head Nature Reserve (14 miles), Houghton Hall (10 miles) and the Holkham Estate (18 miles). Popular towns including King's Lynn, Burnham Market and Fakenham are within 18 miles.

A great little place to stay, clean, quiet and very homely. Plenty of room in the holiday let, big garden at the back for you to use with lots of seating. Local amenities are very near, fish n chips, spar, coop and a garden ctr all in walking distance. Sandringham is in walking distance too. Nature reserve at the end of the road, nice walk around 6Read more mile all round. Beautiful old railway house at the end of the road too. Local grown honey and jams a few houses down.A great place.
