A deceptively spacious, beautifully furnished cottage on the idyllic Norfolk coast in Mundesley, where a vibrant village community and beach life effortlessly combine in a perfect holiday destination.

Just 10 minutes walk from the beautiful Mundesley beach, the property is a spacious, comfortable and traditional home away from home. Relax in the large sitting/dining room, which feels like a cosy haven once the wood burner effect electric fire has warmed up on a cold evening. Or enjoy a meal in the enclosed outdoor courtyard. You'll find two bedrooms on the first floor - one double and one twin - with a travel cot, highchair and stairgate all available, making it perfect for young families.

As well as the Blue Flag sandy beach, Mundesley is full of all the amenities you'd expect from a seaside village, with an array of local shops and welcoming pubs. Keen golfers will enjoy the nine-hole course on the outskirts of the village, where you can enjoy unrivalled views over the coast and countryside while you play. It's designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, so you can expect breathtaking sights wherever you venture.

Heading out of the village is Stow Mill (1 mile), a flour mill open to visitors, and slightly further afield you'll find Southrepps Common (4 miles), home to woodland trails packed with local wildlife. Another must-visit is the famous Norfolk Broads (15 miles), where the whole family will enjoy navigating the lock-free waterways.

Really lovely cottage, clean, comfy and cosy in a great location, only 5 minutes walk to a great park for kids and then the fabulous beach. Lovely welcome of tea, cake, fresh bread, flowers and a bottle of prosecco. We stayed for 2 weeks and really appreciated the change over of bedding and towels after week 1. A beautiful, cosy, warm, home from home cottage. Perfect for our two dogs with its secure back garden/courtyard. The courtyard is a lovely place to spend a sunny evening in (a real sun trap).

Loved the cottage, the only downside was the speed traffic passed by the front door (nothing you can do about that I know), but with dogs, we had to be extra careful when leaving by the front door. Very central, great butchers next door. Only 5-10 minute walk to the beach.

A lovely cottage with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. A welcome pack of milk, bread, butter, speciality teas and cake are provided! We would mention however that the front door does open directly onto the road which has no pavement. We were very happy with our stay!
