Lovely place to stay. Parking is good - its up the side road on the right of the property when looking at it from the road - we got confused! There is a smell of drains downstairs at times but its a gorgeous cottage and Holt is a lovely place to wander around.

An interesting and spacious character cottage that has been well modernised. The beds are comfortable, we slept in the twin bedroom at the back because the traffic noise was noticeable at the front. The location is great, a two minute walk from all the independent shops and cafes of Holt high street, also from the well-stocked temporary Budgens. A Read moreshort drive from the beautiful north Norfolk coast and from a number of nature reserves and gardens. Lacked the personal touch of an owner nearby. Hide

Great cottage in central location. Easy walking to town centre less than 200 yards. Parking onsite is good but can be tight in a larger SUV but still possible. All in all a very nice property in great location. Can be a little road noise at night but no major issue.

This cottage is really nicely decorated and furnished. and with minor blips was very very clean. The beds (1 King and 1 twin) were very comfortable. Dog owners should be aware that there is no outside garden space, but there is a local park or two very very close. Kitchen was well appointed. Main road could be noisy at 'rush hour' if you are a lighRead moret sleeper but as we wear ear plugs anyway it didn't matter to us, plus 'Rush Hour' in Holt is a relative term... v light. I would stay again. Hide

Fabulous cottage - immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, very well equipped and very comfortable. Location is a trade off - traffic noise in the kitchen and front bedroom against the convenience of being 2 mins from Holt's fabulous town centre. We loved it.
