This is a charming little cottage: compact but fine for a couple or single person. Superb location in a very quiet village, but handy for Wells-next-the-Sea, Cromer and Sheringham. Garaging for the car and a pleasant, safe lawn for children to play on or to sit out. Lots of country walks directly from the cottage

Corner cottage in great Snoring was very comfortable, it had everything we needed, very clean and spacious for being a one bedroom accommodation, even though it is one of five cottages, it was still very peaceful

There was everything one could possibly need in a holiday cottage. We have stayed in this cottage before & were pleasantly surprised to see the improvements made to the bathroom. The cottage was spotless. Will return again. Location perfect. The friendly social club is an added bonus.

Cannot fault this property or the service offered. Booking dealt with efficiently - no need to 'chase' anything up. First rate directions to find the property. Property itself is in better decorative order than most similar properties I have stayed in, and the layout internally is 'right' with everything where you would expect it to be - meaning I Read moredon't spend three days trying to remember which switch works which light! Extensively equipped with pretty much everything you could conceivably need for a stay. Lovely comfy bed! Very quiet and peaceful as expected given the name of the village. Even the natives are friendly! Very highly recommended in all ways. Hide

The most northerly county in the East of England, Norfolk is a land of beautiful contrasts. From the swooning reed beds and endless maze of waterways in the Norfolk Broads; the unspoilt stretches of fens and shingle spits where bird and wildlife thrive; a famous royal palace and the historic cathedral city of Norwich, this enticing area of England is just waiting to be discovered. Visit Sandringham Palace and see where the Queen lives or find out where lavender grows; you could journey to one of the largest seal haul outs in Europe at Blakeney Point or have a traditional day at the seaside at Cromer and Great Yarmouth. The cathedral gilded city of Norwich is a wonderful place to lose yourself either walking the ramparts of Norwich Castle or the RAF Air Defence Radar Museum. The city has an exceptional array of shops, cafes and restaurants to enjoy. Well connected to the national rail and road network, Norfolk is easily accessible from London, the M25 and from major city terminals.

Norfolk is characterised by its horizons and big skies, straight highways and rural trappings. Also, when it comes to attractions, visitors to the county will be spoilt for choice. If you love animals and birds, head to RSPB Titchwell Marsh, or the Cley-Next-The-Sea. With such a long coastline Norfolk boasts some magnificent stretches of beach – favourites include Cromer, Old Hunstanton, Wells-Next-The Sea, the dunes of Winterton-on-Sea, and Brancaster (a favourite for dog owners).

There are so many places to visit and activities to get involved in on a Norfolk holiday. We have some lovely properties including country cottages, farm conversions, large family houses, apartments and surburban home from homes in our collection. Why not find your perfect holiday home today?
