The cottage had everything you could want. The owner even left some essentials such as milk etc in the fridge for us. The location was ideal for coastal walks and many of the attractions north Norfolk has to offer. There was a bookshelf at the property containing books and maps of the area. The cottage was ideal for two of us and a dog.

The cottage was clean and well equipped and in a quiet location with private off road parking. The owner phoned to make sure everything was acceptable and working, the heating was left on ready for us and the cottage was lovely and warm

We have stayed in many cottages before, but this one ticked all the boxes. If you're looking at this cottage don't be put off by the front elevation picture thinking it's small, it's not. So please go on our recommendation and go ahead and book it through Holiday Cottages, they know how to pick cottages. Well done all, thank you from use both. MarkRead more & Hazel Blake Nottingham. Found the photo of the front of the accommodation a bit misleading, didn't realise it was two properties which were actually part of seven on the site . Once inside everything was fine, everything was well laid out and where you would expect to find it. We had a very comfortable stay in lovely surroundings.

This is a charming little cottage: compact but fine for a couple or single person. Superb location in a very quiet village, but handy for Wells-next-the-Sea, Cromer and Sheringham. Garaging for the car and a pleasant, safe lawn for children to play on or to sit out. Lots of country walks directly from the cottage

Corner cottage in great Snoring was very comfortable, it had everything we needed, very clean and spacious for being a one bedroom accommodation, even though it is one of five cottages, it was still very peaceful

There was everything one could possibly need in a holiday cottage. We have stayed in this cottage before & were pleasantly surprised to see the improvements made to the bathroom. The cottage was spotless. Will return again. Location perfect. The friendly social club is an added bonus.
