Boasting glorious sea views, this well equipped holiday home is tucked away in a peaceful residential area in Sheringham and makes a wonderful base for a family looking to explore the wonderful Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

This cleverly designed apartment maximises the glorious sea views with many perfectly positioned windows, flooding the bold trendy interior with plenty of natural sunlight, a walker’s haven moments from miles of coastal footpaths.

After climbing the local surroundings, take one more climb up the flight of stairs to be welcomed into the apartment’s hallway, kick off your walking boots and head into the open-plan living/dining room. If you miss your coastal surroundings already, head over to the characterful Velux window or take up the lounge seat next to the picture window to be rewarded with panoramic sea views. Hunker down for the evening on the L-shaped sofa and enjoy the ultimate film night in front of the Smart TV before curing rumbling tummies by whipping up a delicious meal in the bespoke contemporary kitchen. You won’t be able to resist the peaceful call of both lovingly furnished bedrooms, each featuring a welcome neutral palette and a subtle nautical theme. Head back down into the shared entrance hall and outside to the ramp that leads directly down onto the beach for a moonlit stroll or to exercise with playful pups.

The traditional seaside town of Sheringham retains the atmosphere of an old fishing village and offers some fantastic shops selling local produce plus superb coastal and countryside walks in, around and above the town. Stroll along the vibrantly decorated promenade and rows of colourful beach huts before heading down to explore the golden sand and rock pools aplenty of Sheringham’s Blue Flag awarded beach half a mile away. Greenery is not forgotten here; Sheringham Park 3 miles away comprises miles of peaceful heather-clad countryside walks for you to explore. Climb to the top of Beeston Bump less than half a mile away to be rewarded with panoramic views over the area.

This is a lovely, well-equipped and very clean property which is in a good situation next to the sea and only a short walk from the High Street.

This apartment was lovely. It had everything you needed and even had a whale in the living room to cuddle up to! lovely comfy beds and sofa as a dream. Would definitely go back and recommend. Parking was easy and you could see the sea whilst drinking your morning cuppa and watch the world go by.

A lovely, well appointed, first floor flat, a short walk from the high street. There is a car parking space by the flat. Genuine sea views from the living room. The kitchen is well equipped. We had an excellent holiday in Sherringham.

Such a beautiful home. Every thought has gone into the property, making it the perfect home from home stay. Immaculately clean and finished to a high standard. Beautiful area. Wonderful apartment with stunning views. The apartment was spotlessly clean with every comfort tailored for. Far enough away form the centre of town to be very peaceful & quiet however, still very close to everything, especially the beach. You are straight onto the walk way to the beach, which is conveniently situated on the all yeaRead morer-round dog walking end, perfect. An amazing stay, we will be back. We travel the UK for city breaks & finding dog friendly apartments is a challenge. This is the most perfect apartment/location & near the town & sea. Owner contacted us to check if we had any questions, which was a great start. You just feel special. Normally basics are there, but cupboards are bare. This is such a well equipped apartment, decorated to a very high standard with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Easy parking and well located for walks along the coast and into town. Highly recommend a stay here.

This property is superbly located in Sheringham, with an abundance of facilities on your doorstep. The hosts have thought of quite possibly everything you could need, its impeccably clean and it feels like a real home away from home. The flat is amazing and the owner was so easy to communicate with. She contacted us promptly to check if we had anything that we needed before our stay and she also went out her way to accommodate our requests. There is an area for dogs to do their business just a minute away from the door of the flat, so its like having a back garden really. The fRead morelat and the interiors were very baby friendly too. Fantastic apartment, very well appointed with cosy comfort furniture & furnishings. Location is a short walk to Sheringham centre & down to the beach (steep walk with some steps back) everything thought of right down to a torch, umbrella, binoculars & beach chairs, cool box & thermos available. Definately to be recommended for a relaxing break.

Absolutely first class apartment the finish and cleanliness are the best we have seen in holiday accommodation. Great location just a short seafront walk into Sheringham but far enough away to be quiet and out of the crowds. All in all a superb place to stay.

Lovely apartment, really clean & beautifully furnished & absolutely fully equipped. Really does have a sea view & is very close to the coast path & beach. One point for those with problems about stairs is that the apartment is 1st floor - stair access only, and the beach is accessed via a sloping concrete pedestrian walkway down - with the last parRead moret down several flights of steps down.
