Attractive seaside cottage offering beautifully updated accommodation for five guests, offering direct access to the seafront promenade in the delightful resort town of Cromer.

Hidden in a quiet cul-de-sac in the centre of Cromer, Crescent Cottage is a classic seaside property just a half-mile walk from the beach. Once the local doctor's house and stable, it's packed with character. Each room gives a subtle nod to its beach location, from the driftwood bannister on the landing to the horses' hay manger on the wall in the kitchen, complete with glass net floats. And with three bedrooms - one double, one single, and one twin - plus a dining table to seat six, it's perfect for a family staycation.

As a base, Cromer is fantastic, with plenty of local shops, pubs and restaurants all within walking distance. Head to the large sandy beach where you can surf, swim and paddle. Or visit the famous pier, which has a theatre where shows are staged throughout the year.

Head to the county town of Norwich (24 miles) for a spot of sightseeing or shopping, or continue exploring the seaside surroundings with a walk along the Norfolk Coast Path, which runs through Cromer to Hunstanton in the west. Enjoy dramatic views of Norfolk, from coast to country, and spot the local wildlife.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

  • 3 bedrooms - 1 double, 1 twin, and 1 single
  • Bathroom with bath and hand held shower
  • Separate WC
  • Oven, hob, microwave, fridge, and washing machine
  • TV/DVD in the lounge with Sky channels

The cottage is very cosy with a lovely seaside feel. It is in a great central location and comes with parking which can be rare in Cromer. My only issue was that the floors were not clean enough and I couldn't let my baby crawl around on them, so would probably not recommend for those with small children. All in all a lovely stay in a lovely beachsRead moreide area. Hide

Cottage is in a great location, walking distance to the seafront (30 seconds!) and the rest of Cromer only minutes away. Very comfortable beds and plenty of fresh towels. Cottage has a lovely quirky charm and the parking was definitely a bonus. Had glorious weather so the outside courtyard was a real sun trap. Would definitely return.

Our family of five had an amazing time staying in this lovely hidden cottage. Fun seaside character and style with many thoughtful additions: BBQ, mini Kayak, crabbing nets and buckets etc. You can access and see the sea via a short tunnel immediately behind the house; as handy as being on the sea front! Home is warm, beds are lovely with crisp whiRead morete sheets! Great to eat outside in the little sun-trap courtyard. Just over 30 minutes to the Broads and AONB North coast. Heartily recommend. Lovely cottage, yards from the sea/town centre, and with its own parking it's a real gem. Very well equipped, a great Sky package (Sky Cinema, Nat Geo, etc), plus a games console complete with games. Beds very comfy with top class mattresses and bedding. It has quirky touches and a very comfortable, cosy and laid back feel. We had a lovely stay.
