We had a lovely August bank holiday weekend stay. The hosts we very helpful and friendly and provided a nice welcome pack. The house has a fabulous view from the front over the river and fields beyond. Cygnet cottage was a home away from home, they really had thought of everything to make our stay good. The dogs were even catered for with water bowls and treats, the garden was really secure for our dogs. We could have asked for nicer friendly hosts and neighbours and the location is beautiful with local pubs and great walking routes for the dogs.Read more We have already booked to stay again. Hide

A beautiful location. A very relaxing holiday with so much provided in supplies. Host even met us and carried our heavy bags up to the bedrooms. A secure garden for two greyhounds and even bowls, treats and poo bags available.

We were so happy in this lovely house. The location is absolutely amazing, so peaceful. The local seal was a huge bonus. Our hosts could not have done more. Lovely comfortable cottage which was lovely and warm in the middle of a cold snap in winter. It was great for the dog and the location was lovely.

Lovely cottage in a quiet and beautiful setting overlooking the water. Outside photo does not do justice as the interior is lovely and roomy. Lots of thought given to guests comfort and extras such as wine and cake etc. Highly recommended.

The most northerly county in the East of England, Norfolk is a land of beautiful contrasts. From the swooning reed beds and endless maze of waterways in the Norfolk Broads; the unspoilt stretches of fens and shingle spits where bird and wildlife thrive; a famous royal palace and the historic cathedral city of Norwich, this enticing area of England is just waiting to be discovered. Visit Sandringham Palace and see where the Queen lives or find out where lavender grows; you could journey to one of the largest seal haul outs in Europe at Blakeney Point or have a traditional day at the seaside at Cromer and Great Yarmouth. The cathedral gilded city of Norwich is a wonderful place to lose yourself either walking the ramparts of Norwich Castle or the RAF Air Defence Radar Museum. The city has an exceptional array of shops, cafes and restaurants to enjoy. Well connected to the national rail and road network, Norfolk is easily accessible from London, the M25 and from major city terminals.

Norfolk is characterised by its horizons and big skies, straight highways and rural trappings. Also, when it comes to attractions, visitors to the county will be spoilt for choice. If you love animals and birds, head to RSPB Titchwell Marsh, or the Cley-Next-The-Sea. With such a long coastline Norfolk boasts some magnificent stretches of beach – favourites include Cromer, Old Hunstanton, Wells-Next-The Sea, the dunes of Winterton-on-Sea, and Brancaster (a favourite for dog owners).

There are so many places to visit and activities to get involved in on a Norfolk holiday. We have some lovely properties including country cottages, farm conversions, large family houses, apartments and surburban home from homes in our collection. Why not find your perfect holiday home today?
