Dairy Barn is a beautifully renovated former 18th century dairy, one of a small cluster of holiday properties sharing an attractive courtyard setting within 7 acres of grounds. The excellent facilities include an indoor swimming pool, which is open year round, and a games room complete with snooker table, table tennis, pool, and table football. Inside, the barn is cosy and welcoming, with a double room and a twin room making it a great choice for small families.

Toftrees itself is a lovely rural idyll - perfect for enjoying the countryside and fresh air. Venture into nearby Fakenham (3 miles), where you'll find shops, inns and restaurants, plus its famous market. Here you'll also find the National Cycle Network, which makes it an ideal location for cycling or walking, and a golf course.

It's no surprise that the area has several stately homes, including Sandringham Estate (17 miles), Houghton Hall (9 miles), and Holkham (13.5 miles). But it's not all countryside; head north-west to Hunstanton (19 miles) to explore the beautiful North Norfolk coast and the town's seaside attractions, where you'll find something for the whole family.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

Fantastic place to stay for families. A lovely cozy cottage with all facilities and extras that you could want. Great for a young family with a warm and safe indoor pool and large games room.

Once again our visit to Dairy Barn was very enjoyable. Had problems with lack of wifi which unfortunately couldn't be resolved but had excellent communication with both yourselves and the owner. Customer service couldn't have better.. So many thanks for that. Will definitely recommend Ketts.

The most northerly county in the East of England, Norfolk is a land of beautiful contrasts. From the swooning reed beds and endless maze of waterways in the Norfolk Broads; the unspoilt stretches of fens and shingle spits where bird and wildlife thrive; a famous royal palace and the historic cathedral city of Norwich, this enticing area of England is just waiting to be discovered. Visit Sandringham Palace and see where the Queen lives or find out where lavender grows; you could journey to one of the largest seal haul outs in Europe at Blakeney Point or have a traditional day at the seaside at Cromer and Great Yarmouth. The cathedral gilded city of Norwich is a wonderful place to lose yourself either walking the ramparts of Norwich Castle or the RAF Air Defence Radar Museum. The city has an exceptional array of shops, cafes and restaurants to enjoy. Well connected to the national rail and road network, Norfolk is easily accessible from London, the M25 and from major city terminals.

Norfolk is characterised by its horizons and big skies, straight highways and rural trappings. Also, when it comes to attractions, visitors to the county will be spoilt for choice. If you love animals and birds, head to RSPB Titchwell Marsh, or the Cley-Next-The-Sea. With such a long coastline Norfolk boasts some magnificent stretches of beach – favourites include Cromer, Old Hunstanton, Wells-Next-The Sea, the dunes of Winterton-on-Sea, and Brancaster (a favourite for dog owners).

There are so many places to visit and activities to get involved in on a Norfolk holiday. We have some lovely properties including country cottages, farm conversions, large family houses, apartments and surburban home from homes in our collection. Why not find your perfect holiday home today?
