Quaint brick and flint Norfolk farm building is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing break with friends or family.

Lovingly converted from a traditional brick and flint farm building, Dairy Cottage fuses past and present for a unique and homely stay. The cottage forms part of the now non-working Beechlands Farm in the popular village of Southrepps, next to the owner's house but completely separate from it. With two comfy bedrooms and a gas-fired burner stove in the sitting room, it makes for a cosy break just yards from the North Norfolk coast.

Take a short stroll into the village and discover a handful of local shops and the local pub, the Vernon Arms. Here the locals will welcome you with delight, making it a great spot to pick up some insider tips on things to do in the area!

Spend your days exploring the coast and its sandy beaches; head to Mundesley (33 miles), considered one of the county's finest beaches, Overstrand (27 miles), or Cromer (26 miles). Keen shoppers should also visit Burnham Market - also known locally as ‘Chelsea on Sea' for its array of trendy shops and its popularity with workers from the City.

  • 2 bedrooms - 1 double and 1 twin
  • 1 shower room with WC and 1 downstairs WC
  • Electric oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge and small freezer
  • TV/DVD in the lounge
  • Gas fired burner stove
  • Private enclosed courtyard with garden furniture and BBQ
  • Bed linen and towels included
  • Travel cot and highchair included
  • Wi-Fi included
  • Regret no dogs
  • Shop and pub within walking distance, beach 2-3 miles

Cosy and comfortable cottage in a small and quiet Norfolk village. A stone's throw from Cromer and several excellent beaches. David & Nicole were excellent hosts and made sure we had everything we needed. We'd love to come back here again!

We had torrential rain most days. This made the nature of the cottage much more important, as somewhere enjoyable and comfortable to remain, retreat, read, talk and eat. This has been one of the most relaxing cottages we have ever rented.

Wonderful, well equipped cottage in a beautiful village. Great location to explore the north and east coasts of Norfolk. The most northerly county in the East of England, Norfolk is a land of beautiful contrasts. Visit Sandringham Palace and see where the Queen lives or find out where lavender grows; you could journey to one of the largest seal haul outs in Europe at Blakeney Point or have a traditional day at the seaside at Cromer and Great Yarmouth. The cathedral gilded city of Norwich is a wonderful place to lose yourself either walking the ramparts of Norwich Castle or the RAF Air Defence Radar Museum. The city has an exceptional array of shops, cafes and restaurants to enjoy. Well connected to the national rail and road network, Norfolk is easily accessible from London, the M25 and from major city terminals.

Norfolk is characterised by its horizons and big skies, straight highways and rural trappings. Also, when it comes to attractions, visitors to the county will be spoilt for choice. If you love animals and birds, head to RSPB Titchwell Marsh, or the Cley-Next-The-Sea. With such a long coastline Norfolk boasts some magnificent stretches of beach – favourites include Cromer, Old Hunstanton, Wells-Next-The Sea, the dunes of Winterton-on-Sea, and Brancaster (a favourite for dog owners).
