We all had a great time at this cottage. The cottage has an amazing aura about it and it is cosy and comfortable.

Lovely cottage well equipped in a good area, fine for us but would be unsuitable for the infirm or small children due to steep shallow stairs to bedrooms. Downstairs bathroom not ideal

Bishops' Retreat was ideal for us, 4 adults, 2 children and 2 dogs. Many pubs in a 4 mile radius are dog friendly and the local one does breakfasts. Great for the day you leave.

The most comfortable cottage we have ever stayed in and very clean especially as its dog friendly. Stayed here 3 times now and hope to book again next year.

Beautifully presented and well equipped cottage in the beautiful village of Docking. Great attention to detail and everything thought of. Lovely dog safe garden. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful cottage with all the facilities you could wish for. Excellent location close to some stunning beaches. This, along with an ideal dog walking route close to the cottage meant that the whole party, including dogs, had a great holiday.

Very clean & comfy cottage with everything you require for self catering. Our 3 dogs were also very happy with a lovely local walk around the corner and beautiful beaches within 15 min drive. Docking is well located and pretty with local spar, fish & chip shop and pub serving food.

The most northerly county in the East of England, Norfolk is a land of beautiful contrasts. From the swooning reed beds and endless maze of waterways in the Norfolk Broads; the unspoilt stretches of fens and shingle spits where bird and wildlife thrive; a famous royal palace and the historic cathedral city of Norwich, this enticing area of England is just waiting to be discovered. Visit Sandringham Palace and see where the Queen lives or find out where lavender grows; you could journey to one of the largest seal haul outs in Europe at Blakeney Point or have a traditional day at the seaside at Cromer and Great Yarmouth. The cathedral gilded city of Norwich is a wonderful place to lose yourself either walking the ramparts of Norwich Castle or the RAF Air Defence Radar Museum. The city has an exceptional array of shops, cafes and restaurants to enjoy. Well connected to the national rail and road network, Norfolk is easily accessible from London, the M25 and from major city terminals.

Norfolk is characterised by its horizons and big skies, straight highways and rural trappings. Also, when it comes to attractions, visitors to the county will be spoilt for choice. If you love animals and birds, head to RSPB Titchwell Marsh, or the Cley-Next-The-Sea. With such a long coastline Norfolk boasts some magnificent stretches of beach – favourites include Cromer, Old Hunstanton, Wells-Next-The Sea, the dunes of Winterton-on-Sea, and Brancaster (a favourite for dog owners).

There are so many places to visit and activities to get involved in on a Norfolk holiday. We have some lovely properties including country cottages, farm conversions, large family houses, apartments and surburban home from homes in our collection. Why not find your perfect holiday home today?
