Fantastic property, every bit as good as stated on the website. Everything you need in a holiday home and more is provided and the welcome pack was very much appreciated. We found the owners Mr & Mrs Adams were throughout our stay very friendly, informative and helpful. We hope to stay again and have already recommended to family and friends.

Eight Ball Cottage is the best rental property we have stayed in. The decor is tasteful, and the antique and modern mixture of the furnishings is well above what we expected. If you want a centrally located quiet luxury cottage in Norfolk you would be hard pressed to find a better set of cottages

Truly wonderful location, the bungalow was clean, comfortable and provided everything for a much needed holiday. The owners were so friendly, and the history of the bungalows, and the pictures and artefacts gave it an air of mystery. And if you want to see the most spectacular sunsets Eight Ball House is the place to be.

A fantastic cottage in a fantastic location. The state of the cottage was impeccable with the outside a real bonus, having dinner outside overlooking fields watching the sun go down.

Just got back from 5 days with friends (including 4 children under 6) at Eight Ball house. The property is immaculate - clean and nicely decorated. Everything has been thought of and supplied. It was such a refreshing change to stay in a cottage with a good range of utensils and crockery, plus essentials like washing up liquid supplied. The cottageRead more is a lovely size and worked well for our group. It is very rural so a little drive to any attractions but no great hardship and nice rural views! Hide

Location

Note: As the postcode is used to identify the general area of the property, it may not always reflect its precise location, therefore please only use this map as a guide.

The most northerly county in the East of England, Norfolk is a land of beautiful contrasts. From the swooning reed beds and endless maze of waterways in the Norfolk Broads; the unspoilt stretches of fens and shingle spits where bird and wildlife thrive; a famous royal palace and the historic cathedral city of Norwich, this enticing area of England is just waiting to be discovered. Visit Sandringham Palace and see where the Queen lives or find out where lavender grows; you could journey to one of the largest seal haul outs in Europe at Blakeney Point or have a traditional day at the seaside at Cromer and Great Yarmouth. The cathedral gilded city of Norwich is a wonderful place to lose yourself either walking the ramparts of Norwich Castle or the RAF Air Defence Radar Museum. The city has an exceptional array of shops, cafes and restaurants to enjoy. Well connected to the national rail and road network, Norfolk is easily accessible from London, the M25 and from major city terminals.

Norfolk is characterised by its horizons and big skies, straight highways and rural trappings. Also, when it comes to attractions, visitors to the county will be spoilt for choice. If you love animals and birds, head to RSPB Titchwell Marsh, or the Cley-Next-The-Sea. With such a long coastline Norfolk boasts some magnificent stretches of beach – favourites include Cromer, Old Hunstanton, Wells-Next-The Sea, the dunes of Winterton-on-Sea, and Brancaster (a favourite for dog owners).

There are so many places to visit and activities to get involved in on a Norfolk holiday. We have some lovely properties including country cottages, farm conversions, large family houses, apartments and surburban home from homes in our collection. Why not find your perfect holiday home today?
