This holiday was a rest away from home holiday. It proved to be the right choice. We brought our shopping with us. Lots of space for my husband and two adult children. Thank you.

The bungalow had very spacious and comfortable open plan kitchen / diner, lounge and master bedroom. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly and all the provided facilities were generously stocked It was great to sit out in the evening and listen to the owls and see the stars. Only slight gripes were that the smaller bedrooms were a bit cramped Read moreand gloomy. Also worth noting that, although the location is quite idyllic, it takes about an hour to drive to the coast. Our family traveled from the USA to attend a family reunion in a nearby village. These accommodations were perfect for us. The home is clean, modern, spacious, well equipped, and centrally located in East Anglia for an easy drive to the Seaside or to London. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. Amazing WWII USAAF history. Perfect.

Map
Note: As the postcode is used to identify the general area of the property, it may not always reflect its precise location, therefore please only use this map as a guide.

The most northerly county in the East of England, Norfolk is a land of beautiful contrasts. From the swooning reed beds and endless maze of waterways in the Norfolk Broads; the unspoilt stretches of fens and shingle spits where bird and wildlife thrive; a famous royal palace and the historic cathedral city of Norwich, this enticing area of England is just waiting to be discovered. Visit Sandringham Palace and see where the Queen lives or find out where lavender grows; you could journey to one of the largest seal haul outs in Europe at Blakeney Point or have a traditional day at the seaside at Cromer and Great Yarmouth. The cathedral gilded city of Norwich is a wonderful place to lose yourself either walking the ramparts of Norwich Castle or the RAF Air Defence Radar Museum. The city has an exceptional array of shops, cafes and restaurants to enjoy. Well connected to the national rail and road network, Norfolk is easily accessible from London, the M25 and from major city terminals.

Norfolk is characterised by its horizons and big skies, straight highways and rural trappings. Also, when it comes to attractions, visitors to the county will be spoilt for choice. If you love animals and birds, head to RSPB Titchwell Marsh, or the Cley-Next-The-Sea. With such a long coastline Norfolk boasts some magnificent stretches of beach – favourites include Cromer, Old Hunstanton, Wells-Next-The Sea, the dunes of Winterton-on-Sea, and Brancaster (a favourite for dog owners).

There are so many places to visit and activities to get involved in on a Norfolk holiday. We have some lovely properties including country cottages, farm conversions, large family houses, apartments and surburban home from homes in our collection. Why not find your perfect holiday home today?
