The cottage was very clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished with a lot of extra items and amenities such as bicycles and a high chair. We appreciated the milk and OJ. The garden includes grape vines and apples! We didn't use the first floor, but the stairwell has a safety gate at the bottom to keep pets and little ones from scurrying up unattendeRead mored. There's a small grocery about a 10 minute walk away and more food options about a 20 minute walk toward Cromer. We loved our stay and recommend it. Hide

A lovely, well equipped cottage. It was our second visit and hopefully wont be our last. The cottage was clean and beautifully decorated and had everything you could need. The hot tub is a lovely bonus after a long days walking. The street is quiet and you get a great nights sleep in the huge super king bed! All in all a great place to stay.

One of the best holiday lets we have stayed in. Can only reiterate previous guests positive comments. The only slight negative for us is the properties location being on the outskirts of Cromer, as we took my 79 yr old Mum so had to use the car more often than not.
