When we approached the property we were slightly disappointed by the outer appearance only to be very pleasantly surprised by the interior. It is lovely to stay somewhere that has all the comforts we have at home and Fern House has them in spades. There was a very welcome welcome pack milk and biscuits that is a lovely touch. It was a little too faRead morer for us to walk into the town so we went by car each day and that was the only thing that we found restricting. The parking spot is a little tricky. Hide

Clean and comfortable cottage,well equipped in the kitchen. Both bathrooms very modern and all towels provided even for the hot tub which was super. Secluded and secure garden for our dog. Good location.Would stay here again.

We enjoyed our week at Fern House, very well equipped kitchen everything you could need was supplied. Very spacious property, open plan living area, good size bedrooms and luxurious bathrooms. Very private garden, a sun trap. We enjoyed the hot tub after long walks on the beach.

Tenth stay in or around Cromer at various locations, this is our closest to the town centre weve been. Lovely quiet location, off street parking a plus, being elevated youve good views, even the sea. The cottage layout, and quality of furniture and fittings is very good, especially the kitchen area, leaving you wanting for very little. A lovely property in an excellent location. Owners were very quick to respond to queries we had before we went . The house itself is well laid out and nicely decorated. The cottage was very clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished with a lot of extra items and amenities such as bicycles and a high chair. We appreciated the milk and OJ. The garden includes grape vines and apples! We didn't use the first floor, but the stairwell has a safety gate at the bottom to keep pets and little ones from scurrying up unattendeRead mored. As I wrote in the visitors book, there are no words to describe just how amazing this property is. Everything has been thought of, and the quality is top notch. I had a little trouble accessing the key safe on arrival, as it was pouring with rain, but after one short phone call, to the very helpful owners we got in and wow what a place. A lovely, well equipped cottage. It was our second visit and hopefully wont be our last. The cottage was clean and beautifully decorated and had everything you could need. The hot tub is a lovely bonus after a long days walking. The street is quiet and you get a great nights sleep in the huge super king bed! All in all a great place to stay.

Loved this little cottage , very clean and they have thought of everything from music to cooking and the heating is fantastic this cottage holds heat so well. The Hot Tub a massive bonus and even though weather was 5 degrees one night we used it it didnt effect the water temp of 39 degrees sitting out there staring at the stars On a clear night wasRead more amazing. Clean, comfortable and well equipped. Really pleased with the property and enjoyed the hot tub. It's a bit of a walk into town but that was fine with us. Bit of a tight fit on the driveway for a larger car but, all in all, we loved it.

Lovely clean and spacious cottage. The kitchen was well equipped for making all meals. The hot tub is a great addition especially on a cold day. Good location, about a 20min walk to Cromer beach and Amazona Zoo and within driving distance for Norwich city, Pensthorpe Natural park and Blickling Hall.

We had a brilliant holiday. The accommodation was well equipped and decorated to a very high standard with everything and more needed for our stay. The walk to the town and beach were a little further than we anticipated but didn't spoil our stay.
