Had a lovely 4 days at Fern House. Kitchen very well equipped, though couldn't find a chopping board. Hot tub was a definate bonus, after a day of activities. Beds very comfy, we all slept well . Set on the edge of Cromer still only 15-20 minutes wander into centre and the beach.

Gosh this is one of the best holiday accommodation ever. Suited us perfectly. Our dog even relaxed well after her daily beach walk.

One of the best holiday lets we have stayed in. Can only reiterate previous guests positive comments. The only slight negative for us is the properties location being on the outskirts of Cromer, as we took my 79 yr old Mum so had to use the car more often than not. Even with this in mind, we would love to return!!

A wonderfull house with all facilities and the added bonus of a hot tub. Very nice bathroom downstairs opposite master bedroom and an ensuite shower bathroom upstairs in the other bedroom. Roomy kitchen and lounge and also enclosed garden at back to keep dogs secure and with barbecue if weather permits.

We had an amazing weekend at Fern Cottage. The property was immaculate and had everything we needed. The garden was small but enclosed so the dog was safe. It was on the outskirts of Cromer but it was a lovely walk to the seafront. There was loads to do in the local area and we all loved having the hot tub. We would highly recommend.

The most northerly county in the East of England, Norfolk is a land of beautiful contrasts. From the swooning reed beds and endless maze of waterways in the Norfolk Broads; the unspoilt stretches of fens and shingle spits where bird and wildlife thrive; a famous royal palace and the historic cathedral city of Norwich, this enticing area of England is just waiting to be discovered. Visit Sandringham Palace and see where the Queen lives or find out where lavender grows; you could journey to one of the largest seal haul outs in Europe at Blakeney Point or have a traditional day at the seaside at Cromer and Great Yarmouth. The cathedral gilded city of Norwich is a wonderful place to lose yourself either walking the ramparts of Norwich Castle or the RAF Air Defence Radar Museum. The city has an exceptional array of shops, cafes and restaurants to enjoy. Well connected to the national rail and road network, Norfolk is easily accessible from London, the M25 and from major city terminals.

Norfolk is characterised by its horizons and big skies, straight highways and rural trappings. Also, when it comes to attractions, visitors to the county will be spoilt for choice. If you love animals and birds, head to RSPB Titchwell Marsh, or the Cley-Next-The-Sea. With such a long coastline Norfolk boasts some magnificent stretches of beach – favourites include Cromer, Old Hunstanton, Wells-Next-The Sea, the dunes of Winterton-on-Sea, and Brancaster (a favourite for dog owners).

There are so many places to visit and activities to get involved in on a Norfolk holiday. We have some lovely properties including country cottages, farm conversions, large family houses, apartments and surburban home from homes in our collection. Why not find your perfect holiday home today?
