For those who enjoy a round of golf, Cromer Royal Golf Course is just a 0.5-mile stroll from the property, whilst the Amazona Zoo, less than a mile away, is home to over 200 tropical South American animals.

Absolutely spot on Cottage with hot tub. Has everything you can think of and more. Very clean and comfortable. Each settee reclined very comfortable. Radios, music, books, games even a wii for entertainment. Town centre has a car park lots of shops. The beach at this time of year was empty, my 2 dogs really enjoyed the freedom. Fern cottage was a delight to stay in. It was modern, well equipped and within walking distance of the beach and town centre- would definitely stay again.

Outstanding property, very comfortable especially with the new leather recliners, it has everything you would need and the hottub was a pleasant treat at the end of a 8hr drive to get there or after a day walking / shopping. Excellent property. Well furnished, well equipped and very comfy. We used the car to go down into Cromer, its a good 40 minute walk back uphill. Seriously considering a longer stay next year.

The only tiny negative with the house was the insects & debris from the vines over the outside table & chairs. Would probably be better removing vines & putting a parasol in the table for shade. Other than that we had a fabulous week & the house was lovely, comfy, clean & well equipped. Welcome pack very thoughtful, thankyou.

Cottage is very comfortable with access to good walks and the town centre. The Red Lion Hotel & The Cromer Country Club serve excellent food. Excellent butcher & bakers in Cromet.

What a great property, the owners have really gone out of their way to ensure you have everything you need to enjoy a break away and very clear communication for smooth stay! Me, my mum and the dogs loved it. Not too far away from lovely walks in the woods and amenities. Would highly recommend.

Very lovely holiday, good spare and lovely garden. Had everything we needed and it has a great spacious downstairs bathroom, and great downstairs bedroom, very comfortable bed.

Fern House has been beautifully furnished and decorated to a very high standard. Everything you could possible need has been provided by the owners. The hot tub is wonderful and was a glorious way to relax after a day walking by the coast. We all had a fantastic holiday. Thank you.

The property is beautifully furnished and is well equipped. It is very comfortable and we enjoyed staying there for a weekend. Dog friendly small secure garden. The hot tub is very clean and comfortable for 4 of us. The front driveway is quite small and awkward to get onto but didnt cause a real problem but maybe would with large cars. Fern House definitely has the WOW factor, when you step inside the front door you can see how much care has been taken to decorate to a high standard, and Mary has equipped the property with everything that you need. The hot tub is one of the best we have had and we even made use of it in the sleet! Overall we had a brilliant stay, all the rooms were spotless, and loved that there was a bedroom and bathroom downstairs. It is definitely worth what we paid, and we will definitely be going back

When we approached the property we were slightly disappointed by the outer appearance only to be very pleasantly surprised by the interior. It is lovely to stay somewhere that has all the comforts we have at home and Fern House has them in spades. There was a very welcome welcome pack milk and biscuits that is a lovely touch. Clean and comfortable cottage,well equipped in the kitchen. Both bathrooms very modern and all towels provided even for the hot tub which was super. Secluded and secure garden for our dog. Good location.Would stay here again.

We enjoyed our week at Fern House, very well equipped kitchen everything you could need was supplied. Very spacious property, open plan living area, good size bedrooms and luxurious bathrooms. Very private garden, a sun trap. We enjoyed the hot tub after long walks on the beach.
