Lovely property in an ideal location. We would stay again.

The key I think was the space in the house. The holiday was very much a family holiday and there was the space to live harmoniously. The garden too would be a real blessing in the summer.

The cottage was very clean, comfortable and in a great position for all the amenities of Wells.

This was a lovely house to stay in - perfect for a family and a dog. Just a few minutes walk away from the quay and shops. We definitely plan to return.

This house is in a great location in Wells. It's very quiet and there are lots of walks from the door.

An excellent location to explore all that Wells provides and for further afield along the north Norfolk coastline. This was my second stay and I have already booked for next year.

We found it to be a super house in a really great location. It had everything you need for a family holiday.

Lovely property, plenty of space and in a great location, was nice to be able to walk or scoot into town and leave the car behind. Self contained garden was also really useful for the dogs. We will be going again!

Ideal location but getting dated! No best garden for children as very little space. The bathroom only has a bath which you have to get into to shower so isnt ideal for elderly people. No storage for bikes or anything if you are bringing these.

Flint Drift was very comfortable and quiet in the perfect position. Just a short stroll to the centre of Wells. The garden is fully enclosed and was safe for our two greyhounds.

The most northerly county in the East of England, Norfolk is a land of beautiful contrasts. From the swooning reed beds and endless maze of waterways in the Norfolk Broads; the unspoilt stretches of fens and shingle spits where bird and wildlife thrive; a famous royal palace and the historic cathedral city of Norwich, this enticing area of England is just waiting to be discovered. Visit Sandringham Palace and see where the Queen lives or find out where lavender grows; you could journey to one of the largest seal haul outs in Europe at Blakeney Point or have a traditional day at the seaside at Cromer and Great Yarmouth. The cathedral gilded city of Norwich is a wonderful place to lose yourself either walking the ramparts of Norwich Castle or the RAF Air Defence Radar Museum. The city has an exceptional array of shops, cafes and restaurants to enjoy. Well connected to the national rail and road network, Norfolk is easily accessible from London, the M25 and from major city terminals.

Norfolk is characterised by its horizons and big skies, straight highways and rural trappings. Also, when it comes to attractions, visitors to the county will be spoilt for choice. If you love animals and birds, head to RSPB Titchwell Marsh, or the Cley-Next-The-Sea. With such a long coastline Norfolk boasts some magnificent stretches of beach – favourites include Cromer, Old Hunstanton, Wells-Next-The Sea, the dunes of Winterton-on-Sea, and Brancaster (a favourite for dog owners).

There are so many places to visit and activities to get involved in on a Norfolk holiday. We have some lovely properties including country cottages, farm conversions, large family houses, apartments and surburban home from homes in our collection. Why not find your perfect holiday home today?
