Very cosy, well equipped cottage. Great having the log fire even tho we ran out of logs the very first night so had to buy more. Fantastic selection of music and film CDs.

A lovely cottage which was very warm and comfortable and beautifully decorated - home from home!

The cottage has everything you need and is nice. However if you are tall, 5ft 10in or taller you will have to mind your head (I am guessing the cottage was built when people werent as tall as they are now) on a few light fittings and bob down in the shower to wash your hair. Also the stairs are very small and steep when going up round the corner, sRead moreome people would find that difficult. Its in a great location, most places are 30mins or less away like Sheringham, Cromer, Wells next to the sea. Hide

The cottage was lovely and comfortable And was well equipped. We all enjoyed our stay and was sad to leave. Only down side was the parking is a bit tight

When we arrived we found there was only a few sheets of toilet paper so we had to go straight out to find a shop as it wouldnt have lasted the night. ( ditto kitchen roll). We searched all the cupboards but couldn t find spares anywhere. On the plus side, the cottage is charming with lovely furnishings, plenty of equipment and really comfortable beRead mored. Bathroom could do with upgrading. The stairs are really steep with small treads and some may struggle with them. Hide

The most northerly county in the East of England, Norfolk is a land of beautiful contrasts. From the swooning reed beds and endless maze of waterways in the Norfolk Broads; the unspoilt stretches of fens and shingle spits where bird and wildlife thrive; a famous royal palace and the historic cathedral city of Norwich, this enticing area of England is just waiting to be discovered. Visit Sandringham Palace and see where the Queen lives or find out where lavender grows; you could journey to one of the largest seal haul outs in Europe at Blakeney Point or have a traditional day at the seaside at Cromer and Great Yarmouth. The cathedral gilded city of Norwich is a wonderful place to lose yourself either walking the ramparts of Norwich Castle or the RAF Air Defence Radar Museum. The city has an exceptional array of shops, cafes and restaurants to enjoy. Well connected to the national rail and road network, Norfolk is easily accessible from London, the M25 and from major city terminals.

Norfolk is characterised by its horizons and big skies, straight highways and rural trappings. Also, when it comes to attractions, visitors to the county will be spoilt for choice. If you love animals and birds, head to RSPB Titchwell Marsh, or the Cley-Next-The-Sea. With such a long coastline Norfolk boasts some magnificent stretches of beach – favourites include Cromer, Old Hunstanton, Wells-Next-The Sea, the dunes of Winterton-on-Sea, and Brancaster (a favourite for dog owners).

There are so many places to visit and activities to get involved in on a Norfolk holiday. We have some lovely properties including country cottages, farm conversions, large family houses, apartments and surburban home from homes in our collection. Why not find your perfect holiday home today?
