This is a lovely spacious cottage and clean and well presented. We spent a comfortable week there and really enjoyed walking the mile to the station for Cromer and Sheringham with lots of other places to visit by car. The park and playing field at the bottom of the lane would be ideal for those with children. The church bells werent a problem at alRead morel, in some ways I quite liked hearing them. Very small quiet vill with larger Nth Walsham only 4 miles away. I would visit again. Hide

We stayed n Number Four, a one-bedroom cottage, and it had everything we needed for our one week stay. The village pub sells delicious meals, and is a friendly place with lovely staff. The village itself is well located for exploring Norfolk. We had a great week in June (and the Church bell didn't wake us up at all).

Location in an excellent spot for exploring the area. Such a shame that the pub wasn't open as there are no other facilities in the village.

Cottage was in general clean and warm with everything you needed. However I thought Church View a misnomer as the church is behind the property and the view was mainly one of a building site. Bit disappointing.

Lovely cottage to stay in, peaceful and easy to access the coast. It was warm, cosy and clean. The church bells ring on the hour every hour but did not disturb us at all. The pub landlord is very nice and we enjoyed our meal on our last night.

Nice village location but should be aware that there is a church yards away that has a 24 hour bell chime on the hour !!

The most northerly county in the East of England, Norfolk is a land of beautiful contrasts. Visit Sandringham Palace and see where the Queen lives or find out where lavender grows; you could journey to one of the largest seal haul outs in Europe at Blakeney Point or have a traditional day at the seaside at Cromer and Great Yarmouth. The cathedral gilded city of Norwich is a wonderful place to lose yourself either walking the ramparts of Norwich Castle or the RAF Air Defence Radar Museum. The city has an exceptional array of shops, cafes and restaurants to enjoy. Well connected to the national rail and road network, Norfolk is easily accessible from London, the M25 and from major city terminals.

Norfolk is characterised by its horizons and big skies, straight highways and rural trappings. Also, when it comes to attractions, visitors to the county will be spoilt for choice. If you love animals and birds, head to RSPB Titchwell Marsh, or the Cley-Next-The-Sea. With such a long coastline Norfolk boasts some magnificent stretches of beach – favourites include Cromer, Old Hunstanton, Wells-Next-The Sea, the dunes of Winterton-on-Sea, and Brancaster (a favourite for dog owners).
