Fabulous swimming pool, good house in great location for beaches, walks, stately homes and beautiful gardens, in fact everything our mixed party including dog desired.

Excellently furnished and maintained house. Swimming pool extension is of a high quality. Quiet location surrounded by fields. Note the barn is attached to the owners house.

It should be made clear that Wifi is very limited and not available in most areas. The indoor pool is brilliant and a lot of use made of this. Outside lawn area is small and ball games not allowed. There is a large area at the back which can be used with owners permission.

A lovely barn conversion. Less than 10 miles from Kings Lynn and near to the beaches you feel like you are in the middle of nowhere. Great for a really relaxing break. We were having a family birthday celebration and everyone had a great time, including the dog. The swimming pool is very good as is the sun-trap courtyard. There are miles of lovely Read morewalks and lots of wildlife. We will definitely go back. Hide

We loved every second of our stay at the beautiful barn. If it was up to the kids we would have never have left the pool. Thank you for a lovely break.

The most northerly county in the East of England, Norfolk is a land of beautiful contrasts. From the swooning reed beds and endless maze of waterways in the Norfolk Broads; the unspoilt stretches of fens and shingle spits where bird and wildlife thrive; a famous royal palace and the historic cathedral city of Norwich, this enticing area of England is just waiting to be discovered. Visit Sandringham Palace and see where the Queen lives or find out where lavender grows; you could journey to one of the largest seal haul outs in Europe at Blakeney Point or have a traditional day at the seaside at Cromer and Great Yarmouth. The cathedral gilded city of Norwich is a wonderful place to lose yourself either walking the ramparts of Norwich Castle or the RAF Air Defence Radar Museum. The city has an exceptional array of shops, cafes and restaurants to enjoy. Well connected to the national rail and road network, Norfolk is easily accessible from London, the M25 and from major city terminals.

Norfolk is characterised by its horizons and big skies, straight highways and rural trappings. Also, when it comes to attractions, visitors to the county will be spoilt for choice. If you love animals and birds, head to RSPB Titchwell Marsh, or the Cley-Next-The-Sea. With such a long coastline Norfolk boasts some magnificent stretches of beach – favourites include Cromer, Old Hunstanton, Wells-Next-The Sea, the dunes of Winterton-on-Sea, and Brancaster (a favourite for dog owners).

There are so many places to visit and activities to get involved in on a Norfolk holiday. We have some lovely properties including country cottages, farm conversions, large family houses, apartments and surburban home from homes in our collection. Why not find your perfect holiday home today?
