Great Barn is the centrepiece of a cluster of properties within a beautifully restored 18th century barn conversion. The open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is spacious, although when you fire up the wood burner of a cold evening it transforms into a cosy haven. With three generous bedrooms and two bathrooms, it's ideal for families or small groups.

Peacefully set in 7 acres of well-kept grounds, the barn has plenty of space for the kids to play, with an indoor heated swimming pool and games room, both shared with the other properties on site, to keep the whole family entertained. And with the coast and countryside within easy reach, Great Barn is an excellent base for a North Norfolk break.

The lovely rural idyll also lies close to the many stately homes in the area, including Sandringham Park (16.5 miles), Houghton Hall (9 miles), and Holkham (13 miles). The popular, picturesque town of Burnham Market is also nearby (13 miles), with an array of trendy shops and eateries waiting for you to explore.

Ideal location for great pubs, Wells beach and harbour and Holkham. Barn was clean, well equipped and amazing view of wildlife through the patio window. Lots of great play facilities onsite for families and laundry room made going home easier. We've stayed here several times and cant wait to return again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Great Barn,the kids loved the pool even if it was a little cold, the barn was well equipped with everything we needed. great location to explore the Norfolk coast line. The welcome basket was a lovely unexpected treat to arrive to.

Cottage and facilities were everything we needed. Very relaxing holiday. Loved watching the horses, rabbits and partridge as we relaxed in the lounge through the patio windows.

Excellent location and complex. The pool and games room were great. The cottage had everything we needed and it provided a great base for a lovely family holiday
