The property is lovely, very spacious with a lovely garden and surroundings. It is quite isolated which would deter the more 'party' crowd as you do need to drive some way for dinner if eating out.

The cottage is very comfortable and well equipped and ideal for those with dogs as it has an enclosed garden accessible through a French window and a door to keep dogs dowe stairs. Lots of space and airy rooms. Lovely to hear nearby owls and watch bats

The cottage was well equipped plus some small details that often get missed such as a full size mirror, trash cans in the bedrooms and bathrooms, extra bags for the rubbish bins, and firewood! We found the location convenient for exploring the north coast from Cromer to Hunstanton. The cottage owner gave us some excellent recommendations for beacheRead mores to explore, restaurants and interesting local sights. Hide

The cottage is excellent. Everything was spotlessly clean; everything worked and Richard was on hand for any questions. There is a very spacious kitchen / lounge area and a separate dining room directly next to them. The bedrooms are huge and again; spotlessly clean. It is very dog friendly with an enclosed garden. The location is central to a rangRead moree of beaches. No more than 20 minutes drive to Wells On Sea, Holkam, Brancaster, Holme, Old Hunstanton all of which are dog friendly. Hide

The most northerly county in the East of England, Norfolk is a land of beautiful contrasts. From the swooning reed beds and endless maze of waterways in the Norfolk Broads; the unspoilt stretches of fens and shingle spits where bird and wildlife thrive; a famous royal palace and the historic cathedral city of Norwich, this enticing area of England is just waiting to be discovered. Visit Sandringham Palace and see where the Queen lives or find out where lavender grows; you could journey to one of the largest seal haul outs in Europe at Blakeney Point or have a traditional day at the seaside at Cromer and Great Yarmouth. The cathedral gilded city of Norwich is a wonderful place to lose yourself either walking the ramparts of Norwich Castle or the RAF Air Defence Radar Museum. The city has an exceptional array of shops, cafes and restaurants to enjoy. Well connected to the national rail and road network, Norfolk is easily accessible from London, the M25 and from major city terminals.

Norfolk is characterised by its horizons and big skies, straight highways and rural trappings. Also, when it comes to attractions, visitors to the county will be spoilt for choice. If you love animals and birds, head to RSPB Titchwell Marsh, or the Cley-Next-The-Sea. With such a long coastline Norfolk boasts some magnificent stretches of beach – favourites include Cromer, Old Hunstanton, Wells-Next-The Sea, the dunes of Winterton-on-Sea, and Brancaster (a favourite for dog owners).

There are so many places to visit and activities to get involved in on a Norfolk holiday. We have some lovely properties including country cottages, farm conversions, large family houses, apartments and surburban home from homes in our collection. Why not find your perfect holiday home today?
