Spacious and well equipped cottage close to the coastal resorts of Wells next the sea and Sheringham

Small but perfectly formed. Ideally sited for exploring the Norfolk coast. Its just over a mile to Morston Quay which makes a very pleasant walk on a summers evening. The nearby Blue Bell is excellent and only a short walk away. The kitchen is small but adequately equipped and the conservatory became our cosy meeting place every evening.

Very well equipped cottage with everything you could need. Very peaceful location. Dont be put off that it is near a road as there was so little traffic, and the odd vehicle that passed was low speed and unless in the garden you wouldnt notice. We would rent again in a heartbeat. Loved the conservatory. Good WiFi speeds too. Minutes from the coast.Read more Very happy with our week. Hide

A perfect little barn for us as a couple on holiday with a furry friend (or two), ideally situated in a quaint Norfolk village a few miles from the coast. Small private garden that was safe to let the dog out. Newly fitted bathroom with shower over the bath, very comfortable. Easy parking nearby. As it was unseasonably cool at the time, we tended nRead moreot to sit in the conservatory. We didn't do much cooking as the village pub served excellent food and was dog friendly, highly recommended. Hide

Note: As the postcode is used to identify the general area of the property, it may not always reflect its precise location, therefore please only use this map as a guide.

The most northerly county in the East of England, Norfolk is a land of beautiful contrasts. From the swooning reed beds and endless maze of waterways in the Norfolk Broads; the unspoilt stretches of fens and shingle spits where bird and wildlife thrive; a famous royal palace and the historic cathedral city of Norwich, this enticing area of England is just waiting to be discovered. Visit Sandringham Palace and see where the Queen lives or find out where lavender grows; you could journey to one of the largest seal haul outs in Europe at Blakeney Point or have a traditional day at the seaside at Cromer and Great Yarmouth. The cathedral gilded city of Norwich is a wonderful place to lose yourself either walking the ramparts of Norwich Castle or the RAF Air Defence Radar Museum. The city has an exceptional array of shops, cafes and restaurants to enjoy. Well connected to the national rail and road network, Norfolk is easily accessible from London, the M25 and from major city terminals.

Norfolk is characterised by its horizons and big skies, straight highways and rural trappings. Also, when it comes to attractions, visitors to the county will be spoilt for choice. If you love animals and birds, head to RSPB Titchwell Marsh, or the Cley-Next-The-Sea. With such a long coastline Norfolk boasts some magnificent stretches of beach – favourites include Cromer, Old Hunstanton, Wells-Next-The Sea, the dunes of Winterton-on-Sea, and Brancaster (a favourite for dog owners).

There are so many places to visit and activities to get involved in on a Norfolk holiday. We have some lovely properties including country cottages, farm conversions, large family houses, apartments and surburban home from homes in our collection. Why not find your perfect holiday home today?
