This cosy cottage is set in a tranquil and secluded location just a few miles from the North Norfolk coast, and is an ideal base from which to enjoy this beautiful area.

This sweet single-storey cottage is a great choice for those who are looking for somewhere to enjoy a peaceful break away as a couple. Once a carpenter’s workshop, this cottage set next to the owner’s own home in the village of West Beckham, is now a cosy retreat with an open-plan living area and bedroom with a super-king bed. Outside, an attractive shingled garden is bordered by colourful shrubs and plants, providing guests with a private space to enjoy the cottage’s peaceful surroundings.

The village of West Beckham is a quiet part of the world, situated just 2.5 miles from the North Norfolk coast. A welcoming village pub can be found just one mile from the cottage and is a welcoming place to enjoy drinks or dinner. A fairly recent addition to the village is the bijou shop and adjacent tearoom, serving an array of locally-sourced produce, handmade cakes, and fresh bread.

West Beckham is situated surrounded by picturesque countryside in rural North Norfolk, with days out at Felbrigg Hall (5.5 miles) and Sheringham Park (1.5 miles) being perfect for those with an interest in history, as well as those who simply want to enjoy leisurely walks in beautiful surroundings. The traditional seaside resort of Cromer is just 7 miles away and offers a fantastic sandy beach and an excellent range of shops and places to eat.
