Loved the location, convenient for shops restaurants etc, which are a short walk away through the boat yard. Overall the the property was acceptably clean and tidy, but just looks like it could do with updating. The bed was comfy as was the sofa. The cottage is in a lovely location with views of the river on all sides. The outdoor seating and table were ideal for watching life on the river. Excellent location. Apart from a few niggles the property was nice and comfortable. Only a few minutes walk through the mooring area and you were in town. Plenty of places to eat and of course Roys. Superb location. Blind or curtains desperately needed for twin room. Cleaners need to be more thorough, grease on hob and splash back, handprints all over windows. Shower all needs resealing. A bit of TLC and this cottage would be faultless, a lovely relaxing place to be, views to die for! Despite criticism had a fabulous stay.

It would be helpful to be able to get into property from 2pm. Blackout blinds are needed in both bedrooms. We had an issues this time with a dog coming into property from the patio door because it was not kept on a lead. Apart from that the property is in a great location, with everything you need and any issues are dealt with.

Great location with riverside views, close to the village centre. Small sitting out area with shared garden to the river edge. Compact accommodation with everything you need including Wi-fi. Really needs a black out blind to the twin bedroom and an ice box would be an upgrade. Would recommend for a short break to get away from it all.

The cathedral gilded city of Norwich is a wonderful place to lose yourself either walking the ramparts of Norwich Castle or the RAF Air Defence Radar Museum. The city has an exceptional array of shops, cafes and restaurants to enjoy. Well connected to the national rail and road network, Norfolk is easily accessible from London, the M25 and from major city terminals.

Norfolk is characterised by its horizons and big skies, straight highways and rural trappings. Also, when it comes to attractions, visitors to the county will be spoilt for choice. If you love animals and birds, head to RSPB Titchwell Marsh, or the Cley-Next-The-Sea. With such a long coastline Norfolk boasts some magnificent stretches of beach – favourites include Cromer, Old Hunstanton, Wells-Next-The Sea, the dunes of Winterton-on-Sea, and Brancaster (a favourite for dog owners).
