This delightful cottage is within walking distance of Blakeney Quay (500m), a popular sailing harbour on the Norfolk coast, with a choice of excellent pubs, restaurants, and independent shops. From Blakeney Point you can take a boat trip to see a colony of seals, and keen walkers and birdwatchers can enjoy a number of nature reserves in the area, including RSPB Titchwell (19 miles) and Pensthorpe Natural Park (13.5 miles). Nearby are numerous beaches and coastal towns to visit including Wells-next-the-Sea (8 miles), Heacham (24.5 miles), Burnham Market (13.5 miles) and Hunstanton (24.5 miles), and inland is a choice of thriving market towns including Holt (5.5 miles) and Fakenham (14 miles). You could also visit Sandringham (27 miles), Houghton Hall (22.5 miles) or the 2,000-acre Holkham Estate (10 miles).

Family mealtimes can be enjoyed in the dining room which has seating for six guests. The property offers three ground floor bedrooms: a double, a twin and a single and is completed with a family bathroom with a shower over the bath and a WC.

Heading outside, there is a large garden with a lawn and patio, complete with furniture and a charcoal BBQ ideal for outside dining and making the most of those long summer days. A separate utility room attached to the garage offers a washing machine, WC and sink and there is private parking for three cars.
