The house is well situated for the Brancaster coast with lovely communal grounds for children and dogs. The house itself was comfortable with dining space aplenty. We were six and the sitting area was great but think you would struggle with ten. Cleanliness in the communal rooms was not as good as the upstairs rooms.

Very big spacious family home. Suited our family of 10. Take note ..the bunk room is for children and not adults. Enjoyed the open fire, so cosy. A car is needed to get to the beaches.

The most northerly county in the East of England, Norfolk is a land of beautiful contrasts. The cathedral gilded city of Norwich is a wonderful place to lose yourself either walking the ramparts of Norwich Castle or the RAF Air Defence Radar Museum. The city has an exceptional array of shops, cafes and restaurants to enjoy. Well connected to the national rail and road network, Norfolk is easily accessible from London, the M25 and from major city terminals.

Norfolk is characterised by its horizons and big skies, straight highways and rural trappings. Also, when it comes to attractions, visitors to the county will be spoilt for choice. If you love animals and birds, head to RSPB Titchwell Marsh, or the Cley-Next-The-Sea. With such a long coastline Norfolk boasts some magnificent stretches of beach – favourites include Cromer, Old Hunstanton, Wells-Next-The Sea, the dunes of Winterton-on-Sea, and Brancaster (a favourite for dog owners).
