Nestling on the outskirts of the picturesque market town of Holt, this charming, spacious and cosy cottage is perfect for enjoying long country walks, and is just a short drive from the Norfolk coast.

A wonderfully spacious contemporary property, guests staying here will love the fact that there are separate lounge areas in which to relax and unwind. The first of these is a cosy room with comfortable seating and a TV/DVD, whilst the other is part of the spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner: a stylish light-filled room with large bi-folding doors at one end allowing guests to extend this room out into the garden making it easy to enjoy al fresco dining during the warmer months of the year.

This gorgeous property is located in the attractive town of Holt, just 0.5 miles from the Georgian town centre with its interesting array of unusual independent shops and fantastic range of places to eat. Wander into town in the evenings for dinner, or perhaps just for drinks in one of the pubs. Holt Country Park can also be reached within less than a 0.5-mile walk from the property and is a great place to stretch your legs and enjoy some exercise in the scenic woodland surroundings.

The area surrounding Holt is full of peaceful villages and quiet beaches, making it a great choice for a relaxed holiday. 4.5 miles from the property is the village of Weybourne with a pebble beach backed by heathland which is ideal for enjoying seaside walks. For a sandy beach, head to either Cromer (10 miles) or Wells-next-the-sea (12 miles), two very different coastal towns: Cromer with its pier and seafront entertainment, and Wells with its picturesque beach bordered by shady pine trees.

A great location. Good local info provided too. House well equipped although a few more tupperware wouldnt go amiss! Also had no basic supplies such as clingfilm, foil, bin bags, toilet paper, kitchen roll so had to purchase all of these on arrival.

Beautiful property. Very well equipped. Great location. We loved Holt and it was close to all coastal resorts. A lot of building work going on at the back and they do start very early so could be a problem if you need a lie-in.

Holt is most pleasant. Shops good especially fish shop. Grey seal coffee cafe at Glandford was just superb. The surrounding area is great for investigating and the wood behind was superb for morning walk. We loved the bifold doors and cannot think how we could put on the back of our house unfortunately.
