Traditional and charming Norfolk cottage, set in a fantastic location in the village of Southrepps, offering the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing break with friends and family.

Sitting in the village of Southrepps, this traditional home is wonderfully located for a trip to remember. Whether you fancy beach days, walks along the Norfolk Coast Path or indulging in some retail therapy in the vibrant city of Norwich, find something for all six guests before relaxing by the wood burner. Treat yourselves to meals in the local pub or take a picnic tea down to the golden sands of Mundesley which is just 4 miles from your door.

Beneath its flint and brick exterior, the character and charm of this gorgeous home continues. Perfect for unwinding with family and friends, the wood burner heats the heart of the home and sits in a rustic brick fireplace. Sink into one of the soft sofas and switch off in front of the TV or get competitive on the games console - a hit with younger guests. Comfortable yet characterful, get cooking in the kitchen where exposed beams and splashes of colour create a welcoming environment in which to experiment with flavours and cook local ingredients. Make the most of the handy ground-floor shower room when arriving back from sandy adventures or enjoy a refreshing soak in the tub in the first-floor bathroom. After a good night’s sleep, taking care of sloping ceilings and internal steps, head outside for an al fresco mug of tea in the rear garden where pups can chase their tails safely and little ones can play.

Pack up some treats and make the 4-mile trip to the beach-hut-lined shore at Mundesley for a coastal walk. The dog-friendly sands at Trimingham are best accessed via the Norfolk Coast Path from Mundesley so stretch your legs and enjoy a well-deserved day in the salty air with all the family. For a family day inland, visit the National Trust’s Blickling Estate (9.5 miles).

Lovely cottage in a super quiet location. The kitchen was well equipped, loved the crockery colours. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. The teens appreciated the wii and large dvd collection on a rainy afternoon. Excellent secure garden for the dog, would definitely stay again.

Had a love stay in this home from home cottage. Excellent location for visiting the north Norfolk coastline. Lovely pub at the end of the road too! Parking could be a problem if you have two cars as your only allowed to park one in your allocated space although there is space for two, not sure what the reason for this is.
