An ideal place for families or friends to relax and unwind, you will also find yourself perfectly placed to enjoy all that this fabulous area of North Norfolk has to offer from glorious beaches such as Brancaster and Holkham; great historical houses such as Royal Sandringham and Houghton Hall and superb Nature and Wildlife Reserves.           

This impressive country house is spacious enough to accommodate groups and also offers a friendly and cosy atmosphere. During these unprecedented times the hall has been split into two houses. 

The North Wing comprises of two King size bedrooms, one with a roll top bath and sink in situ. There is also another double bedroom with a four poster bed, a further twin room with shared en-suite access to a bathroom with a free-standing walk in shower, roll top bath and a separate WC, and a bunk bedroom. There is a further bathroom with shower and bath, WC, and also two downstairs WC’s. The ground floor offers a fantastic TV/games room with a pool table, table tennis, darts, football table, TV/DVD, plenty of seating and a cosy wood burner. On from here is a smaller kitchen / utility room which has an oven, two kettles, dishwasher and washing machine / dryer. Next to this is the larger, main kitchen with an Aga, double sink, further dishwasher and is stocked with all the essentials including a large American style fridge. This side of the house also offers amazing views over the sea. There is a further sitting room up the stairs that is known as the ‘Coffee Room’. A rather more sedate area which is a prefect escape for those who wish a more quiet space away from the sitting area / games room! Stepping outside, you can enjoy the beautiful garden with an extensive lawn, your own private terrace, with comfortable seating, BBQ and herb garden. There is also ample parking available.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
