Splendid waterfront apartment with stunning views over the quay and saltmarshes of one of the North Norfolk coasts most popular seaside towns, with a great beach and lots to see and do close by.

Boasting a superb harbourside location in Wells-next-the-Sea, fill your lungs with salty air and tuck into tasty fish and chips close to home. Wells-next-the-Sea has a lovely beach where you can spend time swimming, sunbathing and sandcastle building before relaxing back home in the characterful open-plan living space. With two bedrooms accessed via different staircases, this second-floor coastal bolthole is best suited to families with children after some privacy.

Ascend the steps from the yard and leave your outer layers in the entrance hall before making your way up a further flight of stairs to settle in. Make use of the handy utility room near the entrance and wash sandy towels ahead of tomorrow’s beach day. Exposed beams and an eclectic array of artwork create a welcoming and characterful ambience with the open-plan living space a sociable heart of the home in which to spend time. Blue tones flow through echoing your seaside position and the artwork brings the space to life. Sit down in front of the TV or delve into a book from the shelf to unwind before concocting a delicious meal in the kitchen area. After enjoying communal meals at the table which boasts sea views, head to bed in one of two bedrooms, taking care of the low sloping ceiling if drifting off in the twin room.

Wonderfully located in the Norfolk Coast AONB, Wells-next-the-Sea is a bustling harbour town where there are shops, places to eat and a lovely beach. The stunning views over the saltmarshes are a treat for your eyes and you can easily hop on the Norfolk Coast Path for a stretch of your legs and more gorgeous views. Make the 8-mile trip to Blakeney Point in search of seals or visit the Holkham Hall and Estate (3 miles) or Sandringham Estate with its country park (19.5 miles).

Super apartment for the location and price, great for people watching. Great to have everything on your doorstep , Restaurants, Shops and Amusement arcades, the latter a huge hit with the children. Having a washing machine and tumble dryer was very handy. Perfect location right on the harbour front, we loved sitting by the window watching the tide and boats coming and going. A comfortable homely apartment with everything you need.

For us. It exceeded our thoughts on what we would find. Clean. Warm. Comfortable. Music. Films. Books. More than enough equipment to cook. Eat. Wash cloths/dishes etc. Iron clothes. Home from home. But by the sea. Literally. Fish and chips next door. Deli below. Great coffee and food. Pub two steps and stumble away - great service, food and drinks.Read more Views to write home about. The apartment has plenty of character, a quirky layout in an old building above a gorgeous deli on the harbour front. It is a perfect spot to watch the tides and passing people. There is also plenty to explore in the town and surroundings. You wont be disappointed if you choose to holiday here.

Lovely, light-filled flat that is in a perfect location with great views over the harbour. Stearmans Yard Car Park is only 3 minutes walk from the flat: 28 to park for the week.

Charming property with glorious views over the Quay. Beautiful prints on the walls, books to read, and easy walks on the Coast Path. Good for birdwatchers and artists. Would suit a romantic break. However, the two bedrooms are approached on separate staircases so I wouldnt recommend it for young families, but pre-teens and teens would love the extrRead morea feeling of independence. The location of the apartment is ideal, with wonderful views from the windows of the quay and so handy for the shops in Wells next the sea. Lovely walks all close by.
