This is a large house in a good location suitable for a large family or group. Be aware there is no en-suite and only two washrooms/toilets. The furniture in the lounge we found uncomfortable but this is a matter of choice. The owners have tried to make it friendly with Christmas decorations which is a nice touch

Nice spacious property in an excellent location. Lovely surprise of a welcome package of Proscecco, biscuits, crisps, tea, coffee, sugar and even a jar of doggy treats. Everything you might need is in the house. 3 good, dog friendly pub/restaurants within 5 minutes walk. The Lodge Inn particulary good and only two minutes walk. First time in this area of Norfolk. Had a fantastic week with the family, including two young grandchildren. Spacious ground floor with a wow factor. Easy access to the beach, local restaurants and playground, but also plenty to see and do in the area.

Wow factor as you enter living room, lovely house, though looking a bit tired, although this does not detract from a lovely home. Suited our family group including 18 month old and big dog. 5 minute walk to beach. Extra beach goods and towels appreciated as was welcome pack

The most northerly county in the East of England, Norfolk is a land of beautiful contrasts. From the swooning reed beds and endless maze of waterways in the Norfolk Broads; the unspoilt stretches of fens and shingle spits where bird and wildlife thrive; a famous royal palace and the historic cathedral city of Norwich, this enticing area of England is just waiting to be discovered. Visit Sandringham Palace and see where the Queen lives or find out where lavender grows; you could journey to one of the largest seal haul outs in Europe at Blakeney Point or have a traditional day at the seaside at Cromer and Great Yarmouth. The cathedral gilded city of Norwich is a wonderful place to lose yourself either walking the ramparts of Norwich Castle or the RAF Air Defence Radar Museum. The city has an exceptional array of shops, cafes and restaurants to enjoy. Well connected to the national rail and road network, Norfolk is easily accessible from London, the M25 and from major city terminals.

Norfolk is characterised by its horizons and big skies, straight highways and rural trappings. Also, when it comes to attractions, visitors to the county will be spoilt for choice. If you love animals and birds, head to RSPB Titchwell Marsh, or the Cley-Next-The-Sea. With such a long coastline Norfolk boasts some magnificent stretches of beach – favourites include Cromer, Old Hunstanton, Wells-Next-The Sea, the dunes of Winterton-on-Sea, and Brancaster (a favourite for dog owners).

There are so many places to visit and activities to get involved in on a Norfolk holiday. We have some lovely properties including country cottages, farm conversions, large family houses, apartments and surburban home from homes in our collection. Why not find your perfect holiday home today?
