Exactly sized and equipped as advertised peaceful and quiet only 10 mins walk to village only downside no fishing due to weeds in lake

Kingfisher Hut is cosy with attractive views over the lake. We saw otters in the river on the property, and muntjac deer. Good location for Norwich, and interesting viewing at RAF Lakenheath.

Chilled superb location with beautiful surroundings. Lots of places to visit within easy access though the accommodation had all facilities if you wanted to hide away from life for a few days

Lovely, peaceful location with great access to the surrounding area for touring around. The hut was great fun and well equipped with everything we needed. There was an abundance of wildlife to watch while sitting out on the decking, including Barn and Tawny Owls. We really enjoyed our week.

Idyllic location certainly a place to get away from it all, very relaxing. We spent most nights on the decking having a bbq, fishing & watching the sun go down loved every minute.

Well appointed but very stuffy no ventilation unless you sleep with door open. We found the site magical, wildlife everywhere and we were able to get to all areas of Norfolk we wanted easily. Not a dog friendly site though even though dogs are welcome dogs have to be on leads at all times no where on site or walking distance to let them have a good Read morerun. There is a boarding kennel on site so can be very noisy morning and early evening when boarding dogs are walked and fed. Hide

Fabulous stay, pure relaxation! Lovely having breakfast or dinner sat out on the decking watching the wildlife including a family of geese and a noisy little coot we named Rodney, haven't fished in about 20 years but bought a cheap set up and had great fun catching fish after fish, only slight downside and it is tiny, can occasionally hear the dogsRead more from nearby kennel and cars on snetterton track, will be back again to escape the city grind Hide

The most northerly county in the East of England, Norfolk is a land of beautiful contrasts. From the swooning reed beds and endless maze of waterways in the Norfolk Broads; the unspoilt stretches of fens and shingle spits where bird and wildlife thrive; a famous royal palace and the historic cathedral city of Norwich, this enticing area of England is just waiting to be discovered. Visit Sandringham Palace and see where the Queen lives or find out where lavender grows; you could journey to one of the largest seal haul outs in Europe at Blakeney Point or have a traditional day at the seaside at Cromer and Great Yarmouth. The cathedral gilded city of Norwich is a wonderful place to lose yourself either walking the ramparts of Norwich Castle or the RAF Air Defence Radar Museum. The city has an exceptional array of shops, cafes and restaurants to enjoy. Well connected to the national rail and road network, Norfolk is easily accessible from London, the M25 and from major city terminals.

Norfolk is characterised by its horizons and big skies, straight highways and rural trappings. Also, when it comes to attractions, visitors to the county will be spoilt for choice. If you love animals and birds, head to RSPB Titchwell Marsh, or the Cley-Next-The-Sea. With such a long coastline Norfolk boasts some magnificent stretches of beach – favourites include Cromer, Old Hunstanton, Wells-Next-The Sea, the dunes of Winterton-on-Sea, and Brancaster (a favourite for dog owners).

There are so many places to visit and activities to get involved in on a Norfolk holiday. We have some lovely properties including country cottages, farm conversions, large family houses, apartments and surburban home from homes in our collection. Why not find your perfect holiday home today?
