Kipper Cottage in Sheringham, lovely cosy cottage, everything you need well equipped, very clean, fantastic location, close to town, plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Would certainly recommend this cottage, off road parking too!

A nice little cottage in a good quiet location to ammenties and days out. Kipper Cottage was well equipped with everything you needed for a holiday. On the whole a really nice small cottage in a great location just a short walk from the town centre and sea. Log burner is a great feature. Generally very clean and well equipped save for a few minor things. If you take your dog, take food/water bowls as these aren't provided. Nice enclosed garden which was good for the dog. Cottage is an excellent location within easy walking distance to town and sea front and major supermarket. There is enough space for off road parking for two cars. Would recommend for short stay holidays in both summer and winter.

Disappointed there were no wardrobes, as rooms were too small to fit one in but a clothes rail was provided and proved adequate, as there were just 2 of us. Great location from a positive perspective. Frying pan was small and wobbly and no scissors in kitchen.

The most northerly county in the East of England, Norfolk is a land of beautiful contrasts. From the swooning reed beds and endless maze of waterways in the Norfolk Broads; the unspoilt stretches of fens and shingle spits where bird and wildlife thrive; a famous royal palace and the historic cathedral city of Norwich, this enticing area of England is just waiting to be discovered. Visit Sandringham Palace and see where the Queen lives or find out where lavender grows; you could journey to one of the largest seal haul outs in Europe at Blakeney Point or have a traditional day at the seaside at Cromer and Great Yarmouth. The cathedral gilded city of Norwich is a wonderful place to lose yourself either walking the ramparts of Norwich Castle or the RAF Air Defence Radar Museum. The city has an exceptional array of shops, cafes and restaurants to enjoy. Well connected to the national rail and road network, Norfolk is easily accessible from London, the M25 and from major city terminals.

Norfolk is characterised by its horizons and big skies, straight highways and rural trappings. Also, when it comes to attractions, visitors to the county will be spoilt for choice. If you love animals and birds, head to RSPB Titchwell Marsh, or the Cley-Next-The-Sea. With such a long coastline Norfolk boasts some magnificent stretches of beach – favourites include Cromer, Old Hunstanton, Wells-Next-The Sea, the dunes of Winterton-on-Sea, and Brancaster (a favourite for dog owners).

There are so many places to visit and activities to get involved in on a Norfolk holiday. We have some lovely properties including country cottages, farm conversions, large family houses, apartments and surburban home from homes in our collection. Why not find your perfect holiday home today?
