Lindum is a charming, larger holiday home, sleeping 10 guests, in the lovely Norfolk village of Brancaster. Situated down a quiet lane on close to the sea and Coastal Path, its location also gives you easy access to The Ship Inn, as well as one of the best beaches in the East of England. Brancaster Beach is a home to miles and miles of unspoilt sandy dunes and coastline.

A great choice for extended families and friend's reunions, this large house is well-proportioned with spacious social areas, a big kitchen and enclosed gardens to the front and rear so that accompanying children can play to their hearts' content. With a seriously impressive kitchen equipped with everything, you could possibly need for a dynamic self-catering break. The lounge is all you need after a long day of discovery out in the countryside or the beach.

Discover all that the North Norfolk has to offer, from sailing at Brancaster Staithe and the seaside attractions of Hunstanton (7 miles), to seal spotting trips from Blakeney and the welcoming RSPB reserve at Cley-next-the-Sea (all under 17 miles away). Fabulous park literally 2 mins walk which the owners should mention more as our children loved it and we also played a lot of tennis on the court there. Great location and a fab property we loved it.

Lovely cottage for two families. We had four children aged three and under and the house worked well for us. The enclosed garden was great as you can see it from all rooms downstairs - perfect for keeping an eye on the girls at all times. Perfect location, a great park only a couple of minutes walk away which also had a basketball court and footbalRead morel field. The closest beach was only a few minutes drive and flat with a long stretch of sand. Amazing fish and chips at Erics in Thornham. Hide

Fabulous well appointed house in a great location. 10-15 mins walk to beach, 5 min walk to lovely local pub. House was very clean, the well-equipped kitchen is perfect for a large family holiday. Lounge slightly on the small side for 8 adults and 4 children but we made it work. Really nice property. We stayed in the house with 6 adults two children and an infant and the house could not have been better proportioned. It was very clean and really well situated, the walk to the beach is lovely and took us about 25 mins with buggies and Nana in tow. You can't really get any closer to the beach as the lands leading up to the bRead moreeach are your typical Norfolk marsh type lands, but the paths are either wooden boards or good enough to get a city stroller down them. The bedrooms are all a decent size and the kids loved the bunk beds. The kitchen and lounge are perfect, though the internet had a few problems but this was probably caused by the awful weather and heavy usage it received. Overall it looked exactly as the pictures described and the letting agent even notified us that the property had received water damage that turned out to be insignificant and did not effect our stay in any way. Entry was easy and well organised. The only two things I could say to help future residents are (1) be careful of the tiny step going into the utility room from the kitchen I think we all either stubbed our toe are tripped on this and (2) the French windows are tricky to lock/unlock perhaps some WD40 would help. So in short almost perfect. Hide
