Small and cosy cottage. Well equipped kitchen with everything you will need. The stairs are very steep though, with two flights up to each bedroom, so be careful. A short drive from Holt for shopping, and many nearby amenities and the beach. Overall, a very pleasant 'away from it all' holiday location.

Very comfortable and cosy cottage. We were warned the steps were steep but my husband who has difficulty walking managed them fine. The downstairs shower and loo was an asset for us. No Wifi which was quite a relief and presumably was reflected in the good price. We would certainly think of returning.

Although the web site did explain that the stairs to the bedrooms were steep and narrow, I think it needs to be stressed that the cottage is not suitable for old or infirm people.

This was a beautifully decorated and clean cottage. All linens were excellent quality. The lounge has two good size sofas and a fold away dining table. Although the shower room was downstairs it didnt present any issues. The shower itself was easy to operate and there was plenty of hot water. Outside the small enclosed garden was just big enough foRead morer the dog to run around first thing in the morning! Although adjacent to a very busy main road, traffic noise was not a problem. The most northerly county in the East of England, Norfolk is a land of beautiful contrasts. From the swooning reed beds and endless maze of waterways in the Norfolk Broads; the unspoilt stretches of fens and shingle spits where bird and wildlife thrive; a famous royal palace and the historic cathedral city of Norwich, this enticing area of England is just waiting to be discovered. Visit Sandringham Palace and see where the Queen lives or find out where lavender grows; you could journey to one of the largest seal haul outs in Europe at Blakeney Point or have a traditional day at the seaside at Cromer and Great Yarmouth. The cathedral gilded city of Norwich is a wonderful place to lose yourself either walking the ramparts of Norwich Castle or the RAF Air Defence Radar Museum. The city has an exceptional array of shops, cafes and restaurants to enjoy. Well connected to the national rail and road network, Norfolk is easily accessible from London, the M25 and from major city terminals.

Norfolk is characterised by its horizons and big skies, straight highways and rural trappings. Also, when it comes to attractions, visitors to the county will be spoilt for choice. If you love animals and birds, head to RSPB Titchwell Marsh, or the Cley-Next-The-Sea. With such a long coastline Norfolk boasts some magnificent stretches of beach – favourites include Cromer, Old Hunstanton, Wells-Next-The Sea, the dunes of Winterton-on-Sea, and Brancaster (a favourite for dog owners).

There are so many places to visit and activities to get involved in on a Norfolk holiday. We have some lovely properties including country cottages, farm conversions, large family houses, apartments and surburban home from homes in our collection. Why not find your perfect holiday home today?
